This is possibly, the worst office possible, because they have the worst "doctors" in Nevada. Hands down. Andrew Kim will not only make you feel worse, make you sicker, and ignore your symptoms, but he will also abandon you as a patient because of his mistakes. Honestly blaming his mistakes, that could have had far far reaching consequences for me, the patient, and then refusing to try and even fix what he did wrong is disgusting. Want a doctor to make you sicker, AND tell you to go somewhere else, look no further. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My doctor and the nurses were very nice and caring. They were very thorough and attentive. I highly recommend this institution if you ever had any concerns about your stomach and colon health.

Had my endoscopy and the experience was excellent. They gave me heated blankets while I waited and took care of me in recovery, which was quick. Dr. Ammar reviewed the results and I was out. Thanks!

I am extremely upset with this place. Everything is about money. Make sure you’re ready to spend a lot of money. When you see the doctor you pay. You get blood work/testing done you pay. Then when you call to get your results you have to pay. What the heck? I can’t even get my test results without having to pay?! They say it’s for “security reasons” but that’s so untrue. Everyone else gives me my results over the phone or in person without dishing out more cash. So upsetting. The doctor was extremely nice and informative but damn... I can’t even come in to get results without you guys trying to rob me and my insurance out of more cash.

Extremely well functioning GI clinic. From start of the appointment to finish everything is handled very professionally and with proper care to ensure time slots are maintained. Dr. Stone has been my doctor for 5 years and I highly recommend him to anyone. I travel from across the country to see him and his team at CDIN multiple times a year. The level of care you will receive here is second to none.

Had my first Colonoscopy on May 24, 2019 with Dr. Shih. I only met Dr Shih in the operating room but he introduced himself then i was put under. Nurses were SOOOOO nice and the process between me being taken back for prep and actually being taken in for the procedure took maybe 20 minutes. Only thing i didn’t like was the anesthesiologists didn’t do a count down for when she was administering the anesthesia, but luckily I’ve been under before and knew to just breath and relax. Not having liquids for 4 hours before the procedure was the worst part of the entire process. I highly recommend this office :)

Dr. Syed A. Basit. This doctor is amazing. He is a one of kind. Caring, and one can tell when a doctor really care for his patients, and Dr. Syed A. Basit does. He is an angel inside of a human body. He took care of me and when I had an emergency he sent me to the hospital, by the time I got to the emergency room, he already had me checked in. He spent his entire weekend making sure I would be taking care of. I am sure he did the same for others. If you want a doctor that cares, choose this one. I feel really lucky to have found this doctor. Thank you Dr. Basit for all you done.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at both locations. I see Dr. Ammar. He's very knowledgeable, comforting, helpful, and offers contemporary and natural medicinal treatments to help with my condition. The medical assistants are always kind, also knowledgeable, and helpful in answering questions about any tests and procedures. My appointments have been moderately fast, Dr. Ammar spends quality time with his patients, and scheduling usually isn't too far out, depending on what you're getting done and where. I'm very thankful I found Dr. Ammar and this practice.

I wish I could give them negative stars! This has been the worst medical office I have ever had to experience! Please learn from my mistake; save yourself all the turmoil and stay away!! Starting with their extremely rude, unwilling to help, and incompetent office staff. Nobody has a clue what is going on and every person you talk to tells you something different. I should have taken a hint from how difficult they made it to just schedule a new patient appointment and ran as fast as I could away! Every appointment with Dr Ammar is like starting over from square one. I have had to remind the Dr of all the tests we had already done. He himself had preformed an upper endoscopy on me but I had to remind him of that. I'm sure he has a lot of patients and I don't expect him to remember every detail from everyone, but take 5 minutes to read the patient notes and charts before the appointment! I have had a handful of tests/procedures done and after every single one I have had to reach out to get the results. And every single time they have tried to tell me that I can schedule an appointment 2 weeks to a month out to receive those results. I asked the girl "So you are telling me that there could be something seriously wrong with me and you already have the results, but I have to wait a month for an appointment to find out?!" To which she coldly replied "Yes." They told me "Only the Dr can give out the results" and "We only give results out during an appointment", but when I questioned those ridiculous statements and asked to speak to the medical assistant I had the answers to my results later that same day over the phone and not from the Dr. For my first appointment, I was in between insurances and therefore was a cash patient and paid fully at the time of service. Now (six months later) just found out that they also billed my new insurance for that same appointment. When the insurance denied payment they sent me the full bill! Thank heavens I held onto my copy of the receipt because "they had no record of my payment that day in their system." People (myself included) come to CDIN because they are sick! Try to have some compassion and train your staff it's not just about making more money out of patients desperately searching for help!

Saw Dr. Stone for an initial appointment on July 7, 2017. He took sufficient time to ask a variety of questions and answered each and every one of mine. Never did I feel rushed or that my concerns were insignificant. A procedure I was due to have was scheduled 3 days later and went as smoothly as the office visit. Dr. Stone managed to make me feel comfortable in an all too frequently uncomfortable situation for me. He's the best you'll find here in Las Vegas.

Everything happened for me at a very fast paced and around my schedule, which is great for someone whose extremely busy like myself. Doctor Kim is a great GI, he's very straight to the point and tries to get things done for you as soon as possible. The only bad thing I would say is the walls are very thin and I can hear what other doctors were saying to their patients at the time. Overall I would recommend this office to anyone who needed to see a GI.

Had emergency gall bladder surgery when I first moved here. Luck of the draw at Southern Hills Hospital, I wound up with Dr. Stephen Horsley as my surgeon. Technique and bedside manner and follow up appt earn him 5 stars-NO visible scars either! (scoped-healed beautifully) Easy to schedule follow up appt so stars to the office staff as well (Drs are as strong as their staff supports...) Superstar surgeon. Thank YOU!

Dr Gary Chen is an excellent physician. Dr. Chen when talking to you looks you in the eye and is open to your questions. Dr Chen did my colonoscopy, before and after the procedure he informed me of what was going to happen. I recommend him to anyone who is hesitant to get a colonoscopy he will make it a positive experience with his professionalism. The office staff all new their jobs and made your office visit as pleasant as possible.

I can’t write enough great things about Dr Stone. I have been struggling with UC since childhood. I turned to Dr. Stone when I couldn’t find any type of remission. He really took the time out, and diagnosed a completely different disease! No wonder why nothing was working?! Ever since then he’s always kept a close tab of me, as this is a chronic ongoing battle. He replies to my texts when he can and thats what anyone with a chronic condition needs, SUPPORT! He’s there when I need him and goes out of his way for me constantly. I’m in a different state now, and have gone to other drs, but none compare and I will continue to go to Dr stone. It’s rare to find a dr. who actually knows what the heck he’s doing, and even more rare to find one that actually cares about you. Dr stone is truly a blessing to me and my life. I hope he can change yours as well. Thank you so much Dr. Stone.

This place is actually a lot better than most doctors offices I’ve been to lately, and believe me, in the past three months I’ve been to quite a few. The scheduling went smoothly and they got me in for my first appointment within a week! Unheard of!! Upon arriving the front office ladies were nice and cheerful!!! Then the best part! Dr Chen was amazing. I waited less than five minutes in the back to see him. He heard my concerns and wasn’t pushing unnecessary testing or medications on me. He allowed me to steer my treatment in the directions I felt comfortable with first. This is highly unusual these days and I must say I was the happiest I’ve been leaving a doctors office in a long time. Granted this was only my first appointment but so far they were amazing. I will update as my treatment goes along. Hopefully they keep up the good work and keep their five stars.

From the beginning, dr. Stone took an active interest in my problem when previous doctors did not. After examining me, he tried a new medication and my condition is in remission as result. The only thing left, is continuous monitoring and to take my medication as prescribed. What a shame my previous doctors did not care as much as dr. Stone.

My wife had a colonoscopy/endoscopy that took place in March of this year. We spoke both with Dr. Shih and the surgery confirming the cost of my procedure, as she is a student and work in retail. On the morning of my procedure, the cost of Dr. Shih and the surgery was confirmed and finalized, however Dr. Shih's office keeps adding charges. I have spoken to the surgery office and they have confirmed the charges are from Dr. Shih's office. Dr. Shih added a $380 charge that he claims he knows nothing about. Also, she went in for a followup appointment in May where he let me know that all her findings were negative. This took 5 minutes of his time, max. She paid her copay of course, and yet now there's a bill from his office for another charge from 5 minute followup appointment. What on Earth?

From arrival to departure, visiting with this facility was indeed a pleasure. The staff was courteous, conscientious and efficient. Dr. Stone was down-to-earth and friendly. He asked me a lot of questions, actually listened to my answers and honestly made me feel like he genuinely cared about getting to the root of my issues. He gave me information to take with me so I can better understand my issues and deal with them without a lot of medication and unnecessary testing. I was thoroughly impressed from beginning to end.

I saw a doctor here - which was a nice person - but he was talking to me about pituitary brain surgery for a stomach problem. I called a couple months later to ask to see a different doctor - and they told me their policy was they won't allow you to switch doctors even though they have 6 doctors at this location. How stupid is that? So if you go see a doctor here and things don't work out - you are stuck.

I am not sure about the other doctors within this group but I believe Dr. Ammar to be the best! First, he is pleasant to be around. He has a cheery disposition about him which makes it easier for patients to be open with him. He spent ample time with me trying to figure out what was wrong. He explained everything in detail. He is very thoughtful, professional and careing. He truly cares about his patients well being. I definitely would recommend anyone to him!

First off, I was seen promptly, right on time for the appointment we'd been given. I very much appreciated the respect for the patient that this shows. Then Dr. Stone took one look at me and my medical records and *instantly* figured out what was wrong and what was needed to make me well. This was after many months of illness that hadn't been correctly diagnosed or treated by many other doctors. I also was impressed by how well he communicated with me and my wife. He identified what action would be taken, and delivered on his promise within 10 minutes of seeing me. His professionalism was so reassuring. We aso got great service from the office staff, who followed up and provided all the information I needed to recover my health. My experience couldn't have been better. Horrible!!! Dont waste your time here... I never written a review about a place but this place was so bad I had to. Went there 3 weeks ago to sign some papers so they can receive my medical records, they said it would be about a week for them to get them and to call me. I waited and a week past so I called and they told me they still haven't received them so I waited another week and called. Now they are telling me they never received anything from me or that I didn't go there in person..... the people up front are so rude and don't care about there customers at all they all have an attitude and just put you on hold till you just hang up. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I never in my life had any problems with staff.
