I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at both locations. I see Dr. Ammar. He's very knowledgeable, comforting, helpful, and offers contemporary and natural medicinal treatments to help with my condition. The medical assistants are always kind, also knowledgeable, and helpful in answering questions about any tests and procedures. My appointments have been moderately fast, Dr. Ammar spends quality time with his patients, and scheduling usually isn't too far out, depending on what you're getting done and where. I'm very thankful I found Dr. Ammar and this practice.

Seeing Dr. Shih has been a godsend after so many poor experiences with various gastroenterologists in the valley. He wants to help you understand your situation and doesn't dismiss your questions. Nothing but high praise for Dr. Shih.

Took multiple calls over a week to make initial appointment they would say they would call me back after they review the referral from my family care dr. After finally getting an appointment the dr scheduled a fibroscan and endoscopy. Everything seemed great and I was pretty happy. Get the endoscopy done and after felt pretty sick had stomach pain and nausea for over a week and when I called was told go to the urgent care or er they couldn’t help me. Then it’s time for my fibroscan and I get a call the day before saying my insurance didn’t approve the preauthorization. I call my insurance and they tell me it wasn’t submitted till 3 days prior to my appointment, keep in mind I have had this appointment for over a month. I call and resechdule my appointment since this is the only choice I have other than paying it as a cash procedure. So now I get to wait another month to have the procedure done and not knowing what is wrong with me causing the pain I have been having. When I asked the lady on the phone (Judy) why did the facility wait till 3 days before I was told, “that was the first time I had a chance to do it, that’s why” I then called the general number and asked if I can switch to the other location and a new doctor to see if the other location was any better and I was told you cannot switch you have to find another doctor not on the CDIN network.

This is possibly, the worst office possible, because they have the worst "doctors" in Nevada. Hands down. Andrew will not only make you feel worse, make you sicker, and ignore your symptoms, but he will also abandon you as a patient because of his mistakes. Honestly blaming his mistakes, that could have had far far reaching consequences for me, the patient, and then refusing to try and even fix what he did wrong is disgusting. Want a "doctor" to make you sicker, AND tell you to go somewhere else, look no further. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Go back to school, Drew.

I saw Dr. Kim. He has impeccable bedside manner and explained things very thoroughly. He also performed a endogastroduodenoscopy. The procedure when VERY quickly and I felt great afterwards. I felt the physician explained his findings in detail and in layman's terms and what to expect afterwards. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Kim.

I saw 2 Gastroenterologists prior to seeing Dr. Kim. Neither of them helped me in the least. In fact neither would perform and endoscopy just to ascertain the problem. Dr. Kim got right to it. Performed the endoscopy and resolved the problem quickly. A great doctor with great personal patient communication and interaction. I would recommend him to anyone. Those who had difficulty with him were likely difficult patients.
