Visited a few times for multiple tests. Dr. Germin, Tara and other Practice members from Reception to Medical Assistants are consistent. I was at the Flamingo Rd location. 3 stars means you did your job and met expectations. 5 stars means you exceeded expectations. This is really a 5 star office in many ways. They don't waste your time. Neurological issues are dramatic to me as a Patient. They did a great job of helping me understand what was occurring and the meaning of it. They are thoughtful in their approach and went beyond their responsibilities in order to be both helpful and thorough. Dr. Germin is a bright and extremely experienced Doc. Tara is observant and really helped with my overall experience as a Patient. I feel safe with them.

First visit. Beautiful office with coffee and water in waiting room. I was seen on time. Dr Luhan was excellent never felt rushed and ask if I had any questions. I would recommend this office and Dr very impressed.

I’m in the middle of receiving the battery of neurological testing which is done in office, so I will update with the appropriate amount of stars after my follow up. I see the disappointing reviews here and wanted to try to help potential new patients before they schedule. This practice has invested in elaborate, in office testing equipment and there must be a return. This is the business side of the medical field . They are also supposed to value human life and patient care so it requires nuance if the doctors care about their relationships with their patients. As a patient, there is an assumption that the extensive testing is done

I definitely don't recommend the Clinical Neurology Specialists office. I was orignally referred to see Dr. Germin by my Internal Medicine doctor and was scheduled for Dr. Tausch. Unfortuately the level of care and concern I was given by Dr. Tausch was unacceptable. I am still experiencing the same issues and returned to my Internal Medicine doctor for a follow-up. She insisted that I contact the Clinical Neurology Specialists office and specifically see Dr. Germin. Upon contact I explained my situation and was then told that Dr. Germin does not do second opinions so they were refusing to see me.

Absolutley the worst front help I've ever seen. The lady doing the scheduling was absolutely uncaring and unsympathetic to the situation. I'm not sure how someone who works in that environment has that kind of job. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Speak cific Li the office manager John was an absolute displeasure to deal with. Did not care about my concerns. Was rude and I Would absolutely say this is a clear case of Discrimination. They told me that they will not accept transfers from another neurologist. Although I was referred to them by my own insurance company, John should never be an office manager and is absolutely the worst help ever..

I would not recommend doctor tausch. He doesn’t even remember what medication he refills for me or the dosages. He doesn’t listen well. When I ask him questions about my condition. He just says I don’t know. If my condition was just refills he’s ok for that but if I have changes he’s not good. I will be going elsewhere. The medical assistant on phone also scarey the question she was asking me. I had to explain to her how the medication work together when asking for a refill.

very efficient, very professional.... I had a number of tests there for my injury, they explained what would happen alleviating my anxiety. I was in and out as fast as could be expected. Tara the nurse practitioner took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns. She transferred the information in a seamless fashion so that Dr German had the necessary data to make a quick determination of my symptoms. The staff communicated with me very well as far as appointments and dealing with workers compensation. Very satisfied with this clinic and staff and would high recommend them.

Dr Germin and my typical experience is why I'm rating CNS 3 stars- it is not higher due to the below experience : On 7/3/ 2019, I arrived at my appointment which was scheduled for 11:20 ( Via phone) Someone there changed it to 11:00. I was told I had to reschedule. I explained to Monica at the front desk, that this is an error on "your part"- meaning CNS. Monica took it personal and said " it's not my problem", with a harsh tone- instead of saying: " I'm sorry for this mix up, we will figure this out and be better about this next time" or something like that- She showed zero customer service skills and that naturally put me on the defensive to tell her it is "her problem- because she is showing no customer service skills- "(empathy)- she continued back talking- an adult working the front desk- back talking- absolutely ridiculous- I get that she and everyone on the desk has to deal with irate patients, but good grief- people working at the desk need to be more patient & at least try to act like they care about each and every person that comes through there & EMPATHIZE with their patients not get defensive. This would have deescalated the situation & this is customer service 101. I implored Jon, the office manager to talk with his employees and possibly look at refreshening their customer service skills.

The staff at Clinical Neurology Specialists is amazing! Professional and courteous, kind and compassionate. Dr. Jessica Knirk is one of the best doctors(specialist or otherwise) I have ever had. She always makes me feel a part of my treatment plan, taking my concerns and questions seriously. Dr. Knirk's medical assistant Lali is absolutely wonderful! Always returns my phone calls, ready to help with any issues I may have(prescriptions , scheduling, testing, etc.). She CARES. In a medical system that is often frustrating, CNS is a diamond in the rough.

My brother visited the office to see Neurologist JESSICA A. KNIRK, M.D. and scheduled an appointment with her and after a couple of month of electric exams, testing and lab results. Dr. knirk says that he doesn’t have any problems with his neurological system and that he needs to see a rheumatologist, I specifically asked her if my brother has ALS by any chance and since he is showing most of the symptoms but she confirmed “No ALS”. Long story short we saw a rheumatologist and he did his blood tests and a biopsy as well, after that he says that my brother has a problem in his neurological system and he needs to see a neurologist so we called a different neurologist to get another opinion and there were the terrible news, after checking with 2 neurologists, 1 of them specialized in ALS, we found out that my brother has ALS. We called Dr Knirk office to have her opinion after 4 months passed since she last saw my brother and we want to show her the latest result to get a different professional opinion but sadly she refused to see him or even talk to him instead someone extremely rude and has no regards to any medical situation called my brother and told him “Dr knirk won’t be able to see him” explaining there is nothing else she can do say and that he needs to see a rheumatologist. We asked to see her anyway to get her opinion but she refused. Is she so busy that she don’t have time for confused ALS patient or she doesn’t have the courage to look into his eyes and tell him I was wrong. What is wrong with you people.

Dr. Germin and his PA bedside manners were exceptionally professional! The other support staff were wonderful too. Our appointment was very true to the time that it was schedule so they did not waste our time.

My husband was referred by his primary care physician to have his Keppra refilled. They saw him once and never even filled the script, before dismissing him for canceling one EKG. He ran out of meds. could have had a seizure, been out of work and unable to help support his wife and 6 kids! Did they care? NO! Worst patient care ever!

Very nice staff. Fast check in process. Minimal wait time. Went to get emg test. Was nervous at 1st but u got there and the whole process was pain free and fast. Dr. Germin did the nerve test with needle and i barely felt anything.

Great locations. Timely appointments — I don’t have to wait three months to get in! The staff are genuinely kind, friendly people. Dr. LEO GERMIN is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and has an amazing sense of humor. On top of that, they have great equipment and people who know how to use the equipment to obtain reliable results. (My prior Neuroligist had equip that did not work and staff that had no clue what they were doing — so many mistakes, it was scary. Then I was referred to Dr. Leo Germin ... what an eye-opener!!!) Not only do I personally like Dr. Leo Germin and his staff, but I TRUST them.

Dr. Germin made my husband's first appointment a pleasurable one. I have read comments that have said, "Dr. Germin has a sly sense of humor" and is "quirky," but that's just what my husband needed. He loved him. Thank the Lord and Hooray for me! The comforting and friendly "bedside manner" we received from Dr. Germin, as well as from his nurse and PA, will make this journey through the mind far less scary. I was referred to one of your neurologists, Dr. Jessica Knirk, and she was wonderful. She was very professional and a very good neurologist. She was kind and I was very comfortable opening up to her. She made sure that I had all the necessary tests done to confirm that my head injury did not leave any permanent damage. Thank you to Dr. Knirk and your facility for making this a good experience in the midst of my despair and fear.

This doctor's office doesn't even deserve one star, but I have to give them at least that to post. My 76 year old mother was being seen by this office, and their ethics are despicable. They gave my mother a 3 minute test and charged her $73.03 . I have no problem with this other than we weren't informed until I called to make a new appointment, WHY PRAY TELL DID THEY NOT MENTION THIS PRIOR TO THE TEST! My mother lives on $400 a month. Praying on the elderly is one of the worst crimes I can think of. Thank you Obama care! COLDBLOODED THIEVES, AND INCOMPETENT. Is it any wonder elderly people with MONEY are leaving this state in droves, besides the fact that they want to LIVE!,just maybe they are tired of paying for substandard services. Oh, and who wrote the 5 star reviews THE WORKERS AND THEIR FAMILIES?
