Dear Dr. Germin, I want to thank you so much for ordering me my medication even though I can't come to you as a patient anymore. I have a new Neurologist and I hope she is as good as you were.

Got nerve testing done here. Worst bed side manner I’ve ever had in my life, by Dr. Germin. He walked in, put headphones on and poked away at me. Without saying anything. Is this guy arrogant or autistic? Staff was pretty nice though.

Thank you Dr. Leo Germin for your staffs quick response and great instruction that saved my dad's life. My dad has been treated for 3 years for mini seizure's at Vetran's where he falls and goes under extreme trauma. He had a fast fall back in the office and hit his head but ambulances were called immediately and my dad was stable as he was used to this but didn't want to leave because he felt like that office was hope. The Dr. gave specific instructions that this is an emergency and that he stay at the hospital and do all tests. He repeated and I listened. He said all tests now are necessary. The hospital tried not to classify my dad as an emergency and said they did all tests and wanted him to transfer. I asked the Dr to put it in writing that my dad is not an emergency and that he had done all the tests. After that another Dr took over admitted my dad and that night he got all the other tests. He went A-fib 3 times and was moved to intensive care and had surgery in the morning. He gained his color, energy and quality of life back. His blood pressure is stable and not one seizure all day. Thank you for your sturdy advice as my parents are older and they would have left and my dad would have passed away. The condition had increased and my parents have been married 50 years and it would have been a bad for the whole family and for my Mothers health. He fell only because it happened fast. Thank you for saving my dads life with your fast and sturdy words of what to do!!! He's alive and kicking!!!!

Overall view of Dr. Germin... very friendly, has a sense of humor, easy to talk to, hard to understand sometimes, but i never felt uncomfortable or anything. He seemed like he was genuinely interested in who I was and I really liked that about him. Some doctors are just so formal and don't really want to get to know you. Thanks CNS!

Excellent and complete professional evaluation of my condition with a little humor tossed in. Would recomend to everyone.

I’m in the middle of receiving the battery of neurological testing which is done in office, so I will update when I’m done with the appropriate amount of stars. I see the disappointing reviews here and wanted to try to help potential new patients before they schedule. This practice has invested in elaborate, in office testing equipment and there must be a return. This is the business side of the medical field . They are also supposed to value human life and patient care so it requires nuance if the doctors care about their relationships with their patients. As a patient, there is an assumption that the extensive testing is done

Naturally the wait is long but he is a great doctor. The staff was very friendly and made me comfortable. He is very funny and very fast at the tests. Painless test except for the shocking. Highly recommended.

Leo Germin is garbage. Incompetent and rude. If being a good doctor is too time consuming for him he should consider changing his occupation to a Wal-Mart greeter or something. I had been with Dr. Tausch for over 2 years before he recently retired. He was not perfect but I always felt like he was willing to keep working on my seizure condition. I got unfortunately transferred to Leo, and in 3 visits I have officially decided to change to a useful doctor. Calling Germin a 'doctor' is a disservice to actual neurologists.

I am extremely disappointed and angry after my first visit here. They could see that I am suffering with painful and severe involuntary muscle contractions and would not prescribe me any medicine to at least attempt to alleviate the symptoms. Completely unacceptable to ask me to wait indefinitely to receive botox injections which would alleviate the symptoms. Total lack of regard for my quality of life. This problem is putting my career in jeopardy and no one at this office cared. Partial redemption on the subsequent visit but honestly I don't need to be educated on the risks of benzodiazepines. Maybe not Dr. Germin's fault, but I was hoping for a more thorough explanation of my nerve conduction studies. Overall I would probably recommend this place. Dr. Germin is a good man in general and I respect his professional background. Thumbs up to Jon - the office manager.

I do not know who said that this office has the rudest front desk, I absolutely love this place. The doctors the neurologist, The mapping people, lab Corps next-door I know it has nothing to do with them. But their nurses and the people they have next-door are just as nice as a people like this neurology office. The front desk in the office staff raise your head high. And be glad that you work in such a nice place. Never have been to a better neurologist

was referred to this office by my doctor. When calling to set up the appointment the rude lady asks if I’ve seen a neurologist in the last two years. Just so happens I was recently sent to a neurologist a week prior but I didn’t like him at all seeing as he didn’t even look at my records and prescribed me medication I’m highly allergic to. This lady said since I’ve seen a neurologist in the past two years they can’t help me. So you’re saying you take no patients that want to switch doctors? Someone has to be suffering without doctors for two years straight before you will grace them with the privilege of your office. Get out of here. Seems like a lot of neurologist in this town are scammers. Why are you afraid to take patients that have been treated. Hell, I wasn’t even treated at the other place I just went for a consult and you jerks won’t even see me. Obviously you don’t care about people just your pockets. Btw you need a new phone girl as the one you have is awful with customer service. She has some valley girl whine that is awful too. No wonder your ratings are so low.

Everything was great. One woman at the front desk was insisting this man sit down and he was giving HER attitude. She kept telling him, for privacy reasons, he needed to remain seated so others could check in (he wanted to stand at the check in desk waiting, that's not how doctors offices work...) It's not her job to be NICE here (though, she wasn't rude) it's her job to keep patient's information safe. Dude needed to take a seat. The other front desk woman was very nice, the woman who took me to the back was nice. I kind of laughed with all of them. All very personable. I saw a female doctor, Dr. Knirk and she was wonderful. She listened to me and suggested some testing for my chronic migraines that no one else has ever done. The woman who checked me out was nice too. We laughed when she said she'd show me out because I felt like I was in a maze. The guy that worked there was happy too. Everyone was nice. I go back 4 times next month so I can update but overall, 5 stars.

Eric -

I don't know who the last people saw, but it wasn't the Dr. Germin I saw. The Dr. Germin I saw was extremely rude, jumped to conclusions, thought I was there for drugs, spoke down to me, didn't listen to anything I said, assumed I was an imbecile, and several other things I wouldn't consider professional. His PA was extremely nice, but sadly, Dr. Germin was not. I was referred for having a seizure and a cyst in my brain, I did not make the appointment myself due to the fact that I was convulsing in a hospital bed, and he treated me like I made the appointment, and did so specifically to waste his time.

Rick Harris

I was a patient here for nearly 10 years. Over that time they constantly added false information in my records, charged me outrageous document fees for simple forms, and since my issues had been brought under control and it hadn't been necessary for me to go. When i did need a prescription refill etc. they wouldn't see me without a general doctor referral. DO NOT GO HERE! Look at how many Doctors have left this practice. they do not want to listen to what you are telling them. When I did find another Neurologist they refused to release all my records to them.

Betty Hodgson

I thought the staff was efficient and friendly. Tera was very considerate, took notes for helping the Dr. which helped the Dr get right to the root of the problem. I thought the Dr was knowledgeable and understanding. He took his time gave me some instructions and will determine more after tests.

Angela Sheffield

I went in for a nerve test was pretty nervous about it the the doctor was great he used really made me feel at ease and comfortable. Staff was great too very friendly

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Knirk, her MA and her whole staff. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for an appointment, everyone is friendly, everything was explained very well, I never felt rushed, and she always listened to what I had to say. I would HIGHLY recommend her and Clinical Neurology Specialists. They are a rare find in the medical industry!

Just to make every new patients aware(since my review got deleted), these people raised my dose 100mg at once and not gradually which could have killed me, made me completely crazy because of it. Then all in the same breath they will no longer let me go there and I have no other doctors who take my insurance and my epilepsy has gotten horrible. They got me fired from my job, and instead of helping me find another way to keep my job by sending me to someone who can help me, they send me a letter stating I'm not longer allowed at either location. They literally do not care about their patients and it's sad, they just want money. They knew I was jobless for a long time due to my epilepsy so they know how much that job ment to me but did nothing to help me except call my work and tell them I'm completely unstable (which my hr told me because of the medication they put me on they raised the dose to high but it did not affect my actions at work). I was fired over my epilepsy because of these people. The front desk is completely rude. I liked doctor tausch even though he had trouble figuring out what was wrong with me. Overall, dont waste your time, because of them I also had a seizure driving my niece to school, I was thankfull at a red light. It took me almost killing me and my neice in the car because they tried to tell me I didnt have epilepsy at the time even though I was having multiple seizures a week. Seriously, dont waste your time. They aren't worth the b.s that they are going to put you through. I shouldn't have flipped out on them like I did it was very immature, but they literally ruined my life. I've lost EVERYTHING because of them, and I'm sure they sleep like babies at night because they have no idea what it's like having epilepsy. Literally not a clue and it's sad.

Cindy Ramirez

Waste of time and money they fixed nothing waited longer in the front doing the paper work than the doctor did actually seeing me
