Brought my one month old here bc I didn't like the pediatrics he was currently going to. The office is clean and welcoming. The wait wasn't bad. We were called back shortly after filling out paperwork. After the MA took his vitals and got information from us, it took Dr. Ching less than 30 mins to see us. The rooms are clean and has good info on the walls, as well as books to keep kids occupied. Dr. Ching is great. I like how friendly, thorough, and informative she was. Only wish she had a separate waiting room for well and sick kids. Also, the walls are a little thin, as I could hear almost everything being said in the next room. Other than that, I'm glad I found this place. And I will continue to have her as my son's pcp.

I finally found a wonderful pediatric doctor in las Vegas that does a comprehensive assessment on kids. She was very thorough with assessment, staff were very professional, environment was clean and lastly there was no wait time. So glad i found this place. Thanks to Dr. Ching and her staffs for their wonderful services

If you have a special needs child or any child I do not recommend you go here . They only have one person to write and call in prescriptions and that only gets done when she is at work or whenever she feels like doing it . I had to wait a month for them to call in my daughter controlled substance medicine that she is not supposed to be without. The nurse Katie thinks she knows it all because she has a special needs child smh . They would not write a script for my daughter a bed who is severely disabled until she be seen again which she was just there 3 weeks ago ! And they made her a appointment 2 weeks out so she had to suffer the whole time . I had to put my daughter on a air mattress because of this and her head is supposed to be elevated at all times . Your child will not get the proper care here or the special care they need which is sad and pathetic the nurse Katie will be all up in your business like she is the doctor herself pathetic! And when you try to voice a complaint they act like they don’t no who you can talk to for that or they will stick together telling me I be wanting things done rite away well I think a month is long enough to be waiting on your child meds and a bed ridiculous

my pediatrician passed away couple of years and that left n me no option but to bring my daughter to urgent care or ER for care. I found Dr. Ching and with a short notice I was able to schedule my 17 years old daughter and am very happy with her care and patient education. The staff are so professional and friendly. My husband and I went to Dr. Ching with our 2 week old daughter and two grandma's in tow. Immediately we were greeted sweetly by the receptionist and given a room that accommodated all 5 of us! (Wasn't expecting that ) We had just gone to a different pediatrician for our 2 day visit and it was rushed , overfull, and the doctor hardly seemed interested , and spoke SO Fast! Dr. Rebecca Ching is completely different. Soft spoken , clearly explains everything , takes her time, really cares about you and your baby. I'm a first time mom so she took the time to answer every and all of my questions in great detail ! I was worried all pediatricians were like the first one I went to , but I stand corrected (thank god) ! I would recommend Dr. Ching to any first time mom , she will put you at ease for sure ! So happy I found her !!!

Wait was 2 HOURS! and there were no other patients there! She also didnt do standard procedures like I have seen other doctors do. I would NOT recommend.

I took my two day old baby boy here today for his very first pediatrician visit. I am so pleased that I made the right choice. The ladies in the front office are so cordial and helpful and gave me a room right away. I was able to comfortably breastfeed my newborn baby as I was going through the paperwork and questionnaire to be seen by the doctor. The office equipment, furniture, tables and instruments are pristinely clean. My baby is not old enough to play with toys but I took notice of the abundance of toys and how clean everything is kept. Very nice, kid friendly decor. The very best part of my experience is Dr. Rebecca Ching herself. Right away I felt so comfortable with her and she is wonderful at handling babies! I had many questions when I went in and she answered every single one in very lengthy detail. She is very thorough with very detailed explanations and information about the examination. She looked my baby over from head to toe and pointed out all her observations. I learned so much about my baby. I am so grateful to Dr. Ching and her staff and that is why I would recommend her to anyone who needs a new doctor or wants to change doctors, you will not be disappointed here.

So happy we found this office! Not only did they offer to book both of my kids at the same time, the doctor was extremely thorough. She started working on a plan for our child with asthma and allergies and did a full work up on both of our kids. She listened to all of our concerns and addressed them! Our kids loved her too and already are looking forward to more visits!

We love dr Ching and our son loves her but we are switching do to office staff and the fact that They do have a lot of students practicing there and we don’t full appreciate this. The wait time is relatively Good. I just don’t care for the front desk staff. I every time I call I get put on hold for a min. Of five minutes. I sat on the phone last week for 20 mins to schedule and appointment for today. I called to double check the time because I did not receive a reminder call. I was told I didn’t ever call in. We I did call in I asked to have them email me my child vaccination records. That never happened. The front step is definitely not on top of their job as far as my child is concerned. Again we love dr Ching!! She is amazing we just can’t deal with the staff the doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. It’s very frustrating to deal with them. And you have to ask multiple time to get any information from them.
