Lack of communication between disciplines and doctors was appalling. Use of supposed diagnostic tools which were not applicable was also unacceptable. Poor cytometry and lack of knowledge base led to our leaving Las Vegas and going to California for treatment. Very sad that this is the only place for our kiddos to receive care in Las Vegas. We need a dedicated Children’s Hospital.

I like the staff and doctors here, but literally EVERY TIME my son has an appointment here. I'm waiting in the room to get seen by a doctor for an hour and half to two hours. I'm actually in a room right now and I've already had to wait for over an hour for a doctor. This is ridiculous.

When I was diagnosed with cancer I went to multiple doctors and they couldn’t identify what was wrong, but then I went here. They saved my life. And the nurses and doctors are kind, you can form bonds with the staff. These people make you feel good and strong. And can help you forget that you’re sick with their kind actions, even if it’s just for a little while. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr Marzan shouldn't practice medicine! She doesn't seem to care about her patients. She is in it for the money only. Take your child elsewhere to see a different doctor. She is very unprofessional and has no comparison towards the children. Your child will be just another "file folder" for her and not a patient.

Saving my nephew's life. He is cancer free one year now. Today for his birthday his nurses sang to him and gave him gifts at his visit. Our family can never repay them for their caring, dedication and compassion. The children of Nevada are truly lucky to have this center.

They are not helpful. My son got a tumor and I had to explain to them what the tumor was, how it worked and then give them doctor's names to contact to learn more about it. They were supposed to schedule mri scans for my son also but instead my wife and I had to do all the work in getting that setup. After we did that a couple times they finally started to schedule them. We have moved since then and now they keep scheduling the mri's even though we don't go to them and continually call and tell them to stop scheduling the appointments.

I love this place!! It was better when Dr Bernstein was there but we love the nurses!! They are awesome!! Dr Marzan is awesome toooo!! Thank you guys keep up good work!!

We have worked with quite a few of the doctors and specialists here and have been impressed with every single one of them! Very rarely do we ever have to wait in the waiting room long. They have iPads to check out, activities, snacks and drinks if needed, and the infusion area has also been great! They are incredibly child/family friendly and the absolute best doctors in their fields!!!

So glad there are online platforms for reviews. Thanks to google, I can share my unpleasant experience and review with the readers. I really wish I can give them a ZERO star review. My daughter had an appointment today at 11:00 AM. It's 45 minutes away from my daughter's school. I had to pull my daughter out from her class while she was testing for the state so, we can make it to this appointed that we have waited for almost 2 months now. There was a car accident on the freeway and the freeway was shut down. So, I took the streets instead and was at the parking lot by 10:58AM. By the time I got to the office which was on the third floor, it was 11:04AM. I was 4 minutes late. After filling out the forms and waiting for 40 minutes in the office to be seen by Dr Marzan, i was told by the nurse that DR Marzan refused to see my daughter because I was 4 minutes late therefore they have asked me to leave and reschedule. I was SO disappointed. I told them not to ever bother calling me again for an appointment and the funny thing is they did. So, they I filed a formal complaint with the medical board and Better Business Bureau. This can happen to you!

My son was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis recently. They said they would see him in 6 months. He literally couldn't walk, was having fevers, and in A LOT of pain. If you have a child with the same thing going on look at Kids Arthritis Care. Dr Robert Lowe is amazing and saw us right away because this isn't something you can just leave and hope it goes away.

Don't get me wrong... I appreciate their assistance in monitoring my child's health concerns... but we've been going to them for 7 months already, and setting an appointment is super frustrating. We book well in advance and then we get called closer to the appointment date and told our doctor will not be in on that day, so we need to reschedule. This has honestly happened with just about every appointment we've booked. A number of times I simply received an email saying my appointment had been cancelled. No call from the office. All around, quite infuriating.
