My children have fear of the dentist, but ever since coming to this office, that is now gone! They absolutely love the Drs and staff here. Wait times are a little long for booking an appointment but when you have an office like this, you expect a wait because everyone wants to use the good doctors!!! And if it's emergent they're amazing about getting you in ASAP. We will never switch dentist again..

Children's Dental Care and Orthodontics are very nice, friendly and professional. The waiting room was nice as well. They have ipads for the kids to play with while waiting, other toys as well. Very clean and inviting. The Dentist, Dr. Lalande is very great with my kids, so were the Hygienist.

I love Dr. Lalande! She has been amazing with both of my kids dental needs. She came to us very highly recommended and was actually the third dentist we went to for my oldest son, who is currently 7. He has very bad teeth (luckily my 4 year old doesn't!). She is great with my kids, as is her whole staff. My older son actually had an infection in one of his teeth and was in a tremendous amount of pain. I called the office and they told us to come in and we only had to wait 5 minutes before going back to see the dentist. I highly recommend this practice for you pediatric needs.

My son cried because we had to leave that's how much he loved it here we even stuck around a bit after his appointment to play on the interactive floor game. The whole staff is great very caring from first person you see until the dentist they make sure to answer all your questions and engage your child I was worried my son would be scared of going to the dentist and for me it was important his first experience was enjoyable for him and they did a great job

We love it here, we actually drive acrossed town to bring our son here, they’ve been nothing but good to us. They’re very supportive of any choice you decide to do with your child’s dental care. They are very non judgmental. My son has been coming here since he got his first few teeth, and he’s 4 now. Office is OK. Staff is nice. Docs aren't very personable. I'm use to a smaller office with more engaging dentist. My children's old dentist was great. These people's cancelation policy is ridiculous also. 24 hrs notice, which I get, or they basically ban you for life if you can't come. Emergencies happen that can't be helped but they don't much care. Either come or you're cutoff. It's the closest dentist to my house but I'll likely find a better one for my kids.

Wonderful, caring environment. My child had dental surgery and he has autism but everything went wonderfully. The Doctor and staff were wonderful with my son and he has no fear of the dentist. Thank you!

Went in today to take my 3 year old for a cleaning and to remove 2 cavaties. They gave him the medicine to calm him down (waited 1 hour at waiting room) then went in. All they did was put the sleepy gas mask for 3 minutes (he wasnt cooperating) so canceled the procedure since there wasnt much we can do. Went up to the front office and the girl (who was rude and sighed that nothing got dobe and she had to get up to give me my $ back) gave me only $109 back from the $279 i paid. Telling me its for the medicine thay gave him and the sleepy gas (the mask was only on him for no more than 3 minutes & to mention he was fighting it and moving his head a lot) so upset the fact that i paid $170 for 1 tbs of medicine and 2 min for the gas thats "IN HIS SYSTEM" Do not recomend this place at all! Rude people and will take your $!

Fantastic dentist! The staff is friendly. The dentist and assistants are attentive, gentle, and thorough. The office is clean and the waiting room has a big interactive floor video game for their little patients as well as two TVs (one playing a children's movie and the other more adult programming such as HGTV or Food Network)... perfect for kids and their caretakers to pass the time while waiting! Wait times have never been too long with our appointments. Also I feel this dental practice is very trustworthy. They are upfront about coverages and costs. Furthermore, we initially came for a second opinion as another dentist told me my 5 year old daughter had 6+ cavities. I was skeptical about this because we brush, floss, and use mouthwash on her teeth daily and she doesn't eat many sweets, drink juice, etc. When I came to this dentist, he did a thorough exam and told me she had only 2 very small ones. When we came back for fillings, they used laughing gas to relax my daughter, they were very quick (the actual procedure took under 5 minutes), and were so kind! I definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a superb children's dentist.

I love this Dentist for my son. I went to 4 different dentist office for my 3 year old, he needed 2 crowns and all the other dentist offices wanted to have him put to sleep to do the work 1 even said he wanted to do 8 crowns to prevent cavities which is ridiculous it's my job to prevent them . I went into Children's Dental Care they did an exam and gave me several options for my little guy and none of them involved putting him under !! I was so happy and we set the appointment for oral seduation 2 days later! The dentist to did the work on him I can't remember her name but she was very quick and efficient! I HIGHLY recommend this dental office!!

I have been taking both my kids here for the past 2 years and they are always prompt, kind and gentle with them. They have toys and tablets in the waiting room to keep the them occupied. They have the latest kids movies playing in the exam rooms so the kids can watch while being examined which keeps them preoccupied and more relaxed. The kids also like the toys they get to pick out when we check out! I would absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and family with kids.

Great office. I have never waited longer than 20 mins to be taken back. They're very patient, and accommodating for the little ones. My daughter is very shy and yet they still get her to complete her exam. Appointments are flexible and I surgeries are made promtly. The staff are friendly and become familiar with the patients. My kids love the waiting room, full of games,toys, cozy places to sit and wait. I have already recommended this office to family and friends, and continue to.

I’m the waiting room makes you wish you weren’t there as a parent because you want to play! The staff is super nice and eased my sons anxieties so well (his first time). They did his cleaning and his extractions in one visit. I absolutely adored too how when the dentist said she was rooming his teeth that “were just going to send those to the tooth fairy” was how she worded it. He felt no pain during the extractions and had very minimal swelling. All my sons grown up teeth have come in when his baby teeth aren’t lose yet so I imagine we will be seeing them a lot for extractions and he is excited to return. Take your kids here! It’s super fun and I love that it was easy and I didn’t have to come back for his extractions.

Office is set up nice. But the male doctor diagnosed my son with cavities when the X-ray wasn’t clear. He was even trying to put metal crowns in his mouth. I went somewhere else for a second opinion and he ended up having two small fills. Never going back there!!!!

My experience was HORRIBLE they pulled 2 of my son's baby teeth because he had cavities on them (they weren't bothering him and he's 9 WHY COULDN'T THEY JUST FALL OUT) they claimed to have numbed him all they could The Dr broke both the teeth and my son was screaming in agony she kept saying it was pressure but NO HE WAS IN COMPLETE pain!!!! AS A PARENT I WISH THAT ON NOBODY BECAUSE I CAN'T GET THE SCREAMING OUT OF MY HEAD FROM MY SON!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Absolutely horrid! they claimed to put my daughter under if the laughing gas does not work only to have today fall apart. Darcy is rude and the office does not listen nor do they keep an air of integrity or honesty. They tried to shift the blame on me twice, of wich I cannot understand because as the dentist I am only going on the information they provide me with. Liars and I assume theives based on other reviews. I do wish I had half the information for the start. Juat aweful and they should be ashamed!

3 out of my 4 girls have gone there after having negative experiences with other dentists. They love it! Weirdly, they ask a few months before their 6 month apt, when is the next dental checkup? Who does that?!? Just my cute little weirdos. Great staff and as a parent I like that the prices of things are discussed with me prior to them being done and give the options that are available. Too often I think medical offices perform first and tell you to pay later. They are upfront about your costs and let you decide. The kids enjoy the waiting area where there are iPads to play with and a children's cartoon showing. The same carton continues in the check up areas with TVs mounted in the ceiling so the kids can watch while their dental work is done.

We have been so happy with Children's Dental Care & Orthodontics, and with Dr. LaLande. Her entire team make my children feel at home and comfortable each time we visit. They are so patient, especially with my son who has special needs. My boys actually get excited to go to the dentist because of how amazing this office is. Last year we moved farther away, but continue to go there because we know we will not find a better pediatric dental office! I would highly recommend them.

Well the best part is their location, close to our home. They have great staff, especially the girls in the back. They make my kids comfortable during the X-rays and that’s a plus! The dentists are very gentle and they explain everything to you. We have been going to them for 3-4 years now and we will keep coming. The one con is they do get busy and the wait time can be long. Sometimes we wait as long as 20-30 mins to be seen even with the appointment. But they have entertainment for the children. So it’s a win/win I guess.

Our first visit here with 2 young kids. The place is like a factory. Patients everywhere and treatment in chairs in the middle of the rooms. The ambience is a little too overstimulating to make for a soothing visit. The dental assistants who initially take the kids into the rooms seem very rushed and not exactly welcoming to the children. They did not seem to care much about their job or that the patients have a good experience. I wasn't impressed with them during the xrays they were taking because of their interactions with my children. For a practice that claims to cater to children, it seems the staff doesn't really know how to work with children at all. As a medical professional, I did not appreciate the feeling of being herded from one area to the next. There was very little interaction or speaking to us. However, the dentist that saw my children was professional and took his time during the dental examination. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience had already ruined it for us. I will not be returning to this practice again with my family.

The dentists are very gentle and kind to my child in a professional way. Then there are cartoon movies playing on the ceilings while the dentist does any work or exam on your child. The staff and dentist are really good here. Their office is on the oppisite side of town from where we live but is worth the drive. My kids are happy with their experience when we leave which says a lot because they are both teens that are critical of everything. I really like their waiting room with the items they have to keep all ages pre occupied.

My visit with my sister was Good. Everyone was friendly and worked attentively. Upon arrival 1:15 there was no one at the front dest, which was fine until it was 1:39 and I had a 1:30 appointment. When a nice nurse finally came out she went right to work and was able to help me update my sisters file with new information. I want to say my sister was called back within 5 minutes. She was only there for a cleaning, which went by smoothly. The only thing I did not appreciate is the fact the Dentist, or nurse didn't direct me that there was a small cavity forming. They told my sister to let her know about brushing her teeth extra good, but didn't let me know. As her care taker, I would have liked a review from the dentist or nurse to me instead of my sister. I feel like its important to have a relationship with your doctors and let the parents/gaurdians know whats going on. If I would have known at the dentist office I would have set an appointment to get it fixed.

My daughters are 4 and 5 years old. They love Dr LaLande and the whole experience. The iPad bar is a nice touch, the kids are always really happy to go to the dentist. They recently added some TV's in the dental rooms which is a nice touch. The kids never complain, they are just excited to miss school. I'd hand's down recommend this dentist to anyone with kids. I even met the new doctor at our last appointment she was very kind and sweet too - her name is Dr. Thompson. My kids' favorite dentist ever!

Children's Dental Care has been great for us over the years. Carla is great and has always taken time to answer any questions we may have. The office is great to take all 3 of my children at one time. We are in and out of the office very quickly. The hygienist are always friendly. The waiting room has games and movies to entertain while waiting, even though the wait is not very long. My kids just love that they can watch a movie while getting their teeth cleaned. Updating. Dental assistants really need to stop rolling their eyes. Parents need to be able to be with each child during the visit. Don't schedule all 3 at the same time and i have no choice but to go with my baby leaving the other 2 unattended with girls that had a bad day, or hate their job in general. Yes I feel your vibe. Cancellation policy is so strict. God forbid you get stuck at work. They don't reschedule on same day and if you cancel you are banned lol soooo... yeah there's that. New dentist for my kids. The lady that checked us in was super nice. The dental assistant Trisha was more than excellent!! & Dr Zarkash was nice and explained everything. Only issue was the checkout the girl was irritated cause they were behind and was helping me with frustration.. and another girl was standing behind her for who knows what reason.... Figures it out in the end. Hopefully procedures with dental plan run smooth

this place is so neat and well organized. and staffs are so kind and warm hearted! I was about to out of town in couple of days. I called everyday to make an appointment. Everytime they were so kind on the phone and they did their best to help me and my son could have all the treatments finally! I love this place so much. My son also said the treament was not hurt at all and liked doctors and nurses! and cartoons he was watching of course:D

Wonderful staff: front desk, assistants, dentists...everyone. Not only are they professional, but they engage the kids, as well as the parents. Waiting room is tons of fun for the kids, too. Would highly recommend bringing your son/daughter here for treatment.

This is the only place I will ever take my children. Not only do they love going but they ask to go again sooner then their 6 month check ups. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They always take such great care of my children. Even the few times my son did get scared, they were right there calming him and explaining what they were doing to help him calm down.

My kids have been going to Children's Dental Care for 15 years. All of the staff are great from the front desk, to the teeth cleaners, to the appointment makers. Dr. Carla LaLande is great also. She really takes the time to listen to your concerns and fully explains what is going on with my children and their dental care. We will miss going to them, when my kids are too 'big' to go.

I took my 2 sons in today for cleaning and check up, beautiful&clean office, friendly staff, dentist was very thorough, friendly and answered all my questions, wait time was minimal, over all a wonderfull experience. I would give them 10 stars if i could.

Absolutely amazing staff and dentist!! We came here for a second opinion when another dentist said my 2 year old needed a root canal. Turns out it was just a small cavity no biggie. Glad we came to children's dental care we will never go anywhere else again!

My kids have been coming here for 4 years. They love it. The staff is always so nice and make my kids feel comfortable. I think the games and movies they have in the waiting room makes them forget where they are lol.

This is the best experience my children and I have ever had at a children's dental place. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and able to get my daughter to calm down for her cleaning. My daughter has always been scared of the dentist, but here she was nervous but the staff was able to calm her down and get her to do what she needed to do to get her teeth cleaned. I would recommend this place to anyone that has kids or that has a child that is afraid of the dentist.
