Dr Andrew Kim, D.O is a fantastic and caring doctor. It took a long time to find a doctor like him. He gives you 100%. He has a sense of humor and cares about his patients. Hard to find doctors like him in Las Vegas anymore. I can't believe he is not there anymore. Trying to find where he is practicing so I can make my appointment. Hope he still takes my insurance. Dr. Kim, your patients are looking for you!

If you go to "Dr." Kim prepare to be given medicine that will make you more sick (poisoned) and then be told to keep taking it with no further explanation. After that he will abandon you as well. And for the fake reviewer Sherry (who was probably asked by Kim's office to rebut other reviewers) you were given pain pills honey, of course you aren't complaining. People with complex problems who aren't helped by pain meds aren't in the same drunken delusional boat as you. No one should go to Dr. Kim, receive help from a real doctor somewhere else.

So far Desert Orthopedic's services have been very empathic to my continuing cronic pain condition resulting from degenerate cervical discs and difficulties from previous shoulder surgeries. I’m sure every patient he sees is in pain but dr. Kim and his staff are very caring people. They try their best to do what’s right for you when you were in pain and no one else will take the time to help you. So I would recommend Dr. Kim especially to people in pain were so frustrated that their current physician does the same thing over and over and just doesn’t try to help as much as Dr. Kim does.

It’s been a year and half, I’ve seen Dr Kim once and since been under the care of Jeffery Hayes at this office and it’s been a tough road. Jeff finally came up with a combination that works for me and I’m very Thankful that we hung in there. The quality of life for me is the best it’s been in a very long time. Innovative Pain Center nearly destroyed me, I was giving up hope. My advice to anyone going here, be honest, it may take some time but worth it as they really do care. I can’t Thank Dr Kim, Jeffery and the staff enough for giving me some of my life back.

Very little time spent waiting to see Dr. Kim. This was my first visit and was treated very well by all. Dr. Kim was especially concerned and interested in my symptoms and ordered a set of X-rays immediately on site and was able to review them with me. He arranged a 2nd visit when i will be given an epidural to relieve my discomfort. A great experience.

Worst "doctor" in the valley. He is trash and so is his office. Avoid unless you want to be poisoned. That, and anyone who needs to BEG their brand new client base to leave reviews trashing other peoples honest reviews is laughable. Andrew Kim is not even close to a good let alone mediocre medical field worker. (since the word "Doctor" does not apply to such a careless and cowardly person who refuses to even listen to his patience but would rather poison and abandon us.) Glad you can find suckers already diagnosed to come to you, cause lord knows you can't do that Drew! Haha. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I recently changed pain management doctors (I was not happy with my prior doctor at all) and I started seeing Dr. Kim a few months ago. First of all his office staff are not “trash” as one review states. They are very friendly and courteous. Dr. Kim, also, is not “trash” either. He has very good bed side manners, very friendly, he listens, and also answered all of my questions. I am very happy that I’ve finally found a doctor that I’m comfortable with. And by the way I haven’t been “poisoned” yet either! I’d also like to thank Rich, at Dr. Dunn’s office, for referring me to him.

I've had chronic leg and foot pain for almost 5 years now. Dr. Kim is my 4th pain management stop and he's been great. i really like the front desk, a competent and caring staff(no billing headaches!!) I've had numerous injections and therapies already and i'm happy to report significant relief from a PRP injection that Dr. Kim recommended. I haven't been pressured to do tests, shots, or therapies and i feel comfortable with his care.

I had a excellent experience with Dr. Kim! He is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had a herniated disk in my lumbar spine. I went to Dr. Kim because he is experienced with doing epidural injections with PRP (Platelet Enriched Plasma). I liked the idea of an epidural PRP injection because its a natural way for your body to heal, as he will inject your own platelets (a type of blood cell) into the problem area. No drugs/steroids. The procedure was painless and did not last long. After the procedure my pain is 90% better and I have no need to take any pain medications. Thank you Dr. Kim

Dr. Kim is amazing, he is compassionate, caring and genuinely tries to help his patients. His office staff however, lack compassion, empathy, professionalism, or the cognition to understand that the individuals they are charged with assisting are often in agony. The belief that they may belittle, berate, insult, and talk over patients and their family members is unacceptable. Be especially wary of the front desk receptionist who feels it appropriate to treat patients and their family members in such an inhumane manner as to warrant this review. We are in the process of filing multiple complaints in order to prevent any other disabled, injured, and in pain individual from ever having to endure what we just experienced. Most individuals will post a negative review and then hide behind the computer, my review is more than justified as are the follow up complaints, which is why I am very comfortable signing my name. Dr. Kim has been working with me for several years now. We have been through oral meds, shots in the back that didn't work, back to oral meds. He never gave up. I had the pump put in my back, with a tub going to the pain area. I think that we almost have it. A few more pump adjustments and I hope and pray all the pain will stop. I really am looking forward to being pain free when I'm walking.

I suffered with back and neck problems for I4 years in Los Angeles I couldn't find a doctor that was willing to do the surgery first they said I was too young and then they just became unwilling. When my husband retired in June of 2016 we moved here to Las Vegas within one year I found Desert Orthopedics and Doctor Archie Perry performed my back surgery in 2017 the surgery was a success Dr. Perry was very good he's a little busy but otherwise he is great! Within six months I completed 90 days of physical therapy and started walking everyday and after 6 months I am able to walk 2 1/2 half miles. I am still walking everyday 1 1/2 miles I will not stop with the exception of chilly days. I feel so much better and have lose 15 lb and and shed diabetes! I have nothing but a success story with this team! I I used to be on a regular regime of painkillers, muscle relaxers, opioids and steroid injections. I can get by with Extra Strength Tylenol as needed when it gets cold. I'm so grateful and thankful for this team of doctors. Dr. Andrew Kim is a very good pain management doctor and I see him for other body parts. I love these guys❣
