Love this place!! My children have been going to the Saxe’s since they were babies. The Dentists are so great and kind with my children. The front desk staff and assistants are very friendly and helpful. They really make my children feel at ease. I would never take my kids anywhere else.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THE DECOR. IT TRULY IS KID FRIENDLY. EVERYONE GREETS AND KNOWS MY CHILD BY NAME. HE'S ALWAYS HANGING OUT IN THE OFFICE WITH THE LADIES. HE LOVES THE WAITING ROOM. AS FAR AS THE DENTIST .. LET'S JUST SAY HE'S A ROCK STAR. MY 16 MONTH OLD CHIPPED HIS TOOTH 11/14 , I CALLED AND WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT 11/15 . MIND YOU MY CHILD WAS A NEW PATIENT. WE HAD NEVER BEEN THERE. HIS ORAL SURGERY WAS SCHEDULED 7AM 11/16 . WE ARRIVED AT 7:00 HIS DENTIST HAD COMPLETED THE JOB BY 7:15 . HE LOVES THE PRIZES HE GETS WHEN HE LEAVES. THE PROCESS WAS SO EASY . HE GOT A CROWN/PULP BECAUSE HIS ROOT WAS EXPOSED. THE DENTIST IS VERY FRIENDLY AND WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTION. I LOVE THEM IF ONLY THEY WERE PEDIATRICIANS TOO. LOL I WOULD NEVER LEAVE. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE.

I took my 5 year old for her first ever dentist visit. She was nervous and so was I. The staff greeted us immediately, the waiting room was very clean and full of kid games and activities. We only waited about 10 minutes before we were called back. She had xrays and a full exam in about 20 minutes. The nurse and the doctor were funny and patient and really made sure she felt comfortable with the process and that we were able to address all of the issues that brought us in. I would definitely recommend A Children's Dentist for any family. We will be back and now they have a patient for life!

Dr. Saxe and his staff are awesome! Everyone here always make my daughter feel comfortable even when she is nervous. The ladies at the check-in and check-out desks have always been so kind and helpful. They always smile when we come in. She had to have a procedure done and she was so scared but bravely went back without me. When she was finished, they informed me that she was a little too nervous to complete the whole procedure (but did not make her feel bad about it at all) so we went back for the second part. We love Dr. Saxe and his entire staff!

It is unacceptable practice, not listening to your patients. Not only do you not listen but to then undermine what they are telling you. If you were treating adults you would loose every client. No adult would continue to be treated by a dentist who didn't listen to their complaints of pain and continued to pull their teeth out, but because you are treating children you can call them liars and say that you know their bodies and feelings better than they do. It's unethical, disrespectful, sadistic and flat out unacceptable.

I have been taking my boys to see the Dr. Saxe for 5 years now and I am always extremely impressed by the Drs and their staff. Having a son with disabilities I sometimes have a hard time finding the right kind of person to treat him. At A Children's Dentist we have found an entire team of wonderful people. We always are seen right away and Dr Saxe takes the time to explain everything and make the visit a fun experience.!!!

The dentist wanted to do it all work and at a hospital at once with my child, and I just don't agree with them to do it all at once,? or at a hospital,? thats not a good method to me, as for the dentists I have been going in the past the have suggested me to do 1, or 2, things at once and at the clinic and not at a hospital. Is not my pleasure to take my child to a hospital for a destist appointment. A hospital is not a nice children's place atmosphere to take a child to a hospital for a destist appointment?.... Seems dengerous for them to want to do a lot of work at once with a child

My girls really like going to the dentist now. Dr. Saxe is really kind and caring. He doesn't do unnecessary work if it's not needed. He was on call and available when my girl had tooth pain but the office was closed. He sent in a prescription and saw her on the following Monday. Doctor and staff are awesome A+++ service every time my children have gone! I was a little nervous about my sons first cavitiy but they prepped me and my family super well and gave us really detailed intrustion on the dos and donts and everything was easier than I expected! Kinda wish they saw adults cause they make it seem so easy and fun lol but in all seriousness this place is awesome! Would recommend 100%

I came in last week to have my sons teeth cleaned. I decided to leave a review because of the exceptional service that I received. The front desk desk staff knew everything there was to know about my insurance and made the process simple. The person who cleaned my sons teeth was friendly and gave us lots of tips and pointers. Excellent dentist for children. Staff is friendly and nurturing. Hygienists talk directly to the kids about their teeth (and of course parents as needed). Doctors are relatable to kids of all ages and highly knowledgable about kids dentistry. Visual appeal of the entire office is amazing. The waiting area is interactive. Friendly reminders are given before upcoming appointments. Highly recommend!

1 of the receptionist was rude as hell, the latino one , not the caucasian lady though she was very helpful and to the point . The Dr’s are great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars for them and the back office support . The front office staff is rude and clearly needs some etiquette coaching as I could hear them talking about a child whispering to other staff members about how they didn’t like that child. I’ve taken both my children there for the last 15 years and like I said the Dr’s and Hygenist are great, friendly and professional. However the office manager and the front desk staff are very rude. Also I feel bad for those poor fish in the fish in that tank that have no other option but to swim in circles all day long.

If I could give a 0 I would! My kids didn’t even get into the office and we found another dentist. The staff over the phone and in person were extreamly rude. My husband and I have 4 kiddos and the older 2 are his from another marriage. They are with us full time and I have taken them to neurologist appointments, cardiologist appointments, pediatrician appointments and I appointments and NEVER been treated like I am a second class parent to them. I was told that we needed a “real parent” the 1st visit! Are you kidding me. No other “real” doctor has ever asked us to have my husband there. He simply signs a paper or writes a note that they keep on file. My husband went in to sign this paper and they were extreamly rude to him saying I needed my ID when I came in with the children (which I understand) but he didn’t have to show ID or proof he was even their father

This dentist is literally the best. I have been coming to him for 9 yrs with my 6 & 3 year old, and will continue to take my daughter who is a newborn here as well. I clearly remember the first visit with my now 6yr old and I was so so nervous cause he was a little hard to stay still, but Dr.Joshua Saxe knew exactly what to do to keep him calm & make the visit easy & fast. I even moved and I am NOT even thinking of switching them elsewhere because I love this doctor and staff so much... I will make the 20 min drive to them because they’re 100% worth it ! I will always recommend them to all my friends and family! If your child is nervous about doctors worry no more because staff & doctors here make kids & parents comfortable all around! Friendly and helpful stuff and doctors. The doctor did a great job. The teeth healed fast and without any complication. Besides, everyone in the office was patient with my son. They let him stay for a while to pick the toy after the treatment ( it took awhile ). After that he wanted to play longer in the office so we stayed. He started to cry though and asking to take the cotton from his mouth ( the one don’t let him bite in his lips ). The lady from the front desk came up to him to comfort . She also explained why did he need to keep it in him mouth. My son stop crying immediately and gave her a hug.
