She is not a good doc to go to. She is only concern about seeing more patients. No time for you 5-10 mins is what you get and out the door. She has fabulous skin probably botox. haven't seen a doc that is so money greedy and don't care for the patient. why be a doctor if you are not trying to help patient get better but only care that her pocket gets filled with $$$$. She is in for the money not for her patient.

My husband and I both see Dr Nelson. She answered our questions thoroughly and was very informative. She has performed procedures on both of us with concern for our comfort, follow up care and information. She has remained in the room until our questions were answered and has never rushed us. She has always made us feel like we were her only focus. We have referred several of our friends and family to her. We're very comfortable with her and find her staff to very friendly and accommodating.

Dr Nelson is extremely rude and abrupt. I brought my son here because I was scared and she did absolutely nothing to ease my fears. After waiting to see her she walked into the room and quickly made an exit. She was a real disappointment. Needless to say, we still don't have any real answers for what's going on with my son.

I have been waiting to be seen for what is now approaching to be one hour. Not how I expected my first time to go after being referred here. I took time off from work when in reality I shouldn't have. This is somewhat frustrating.

Did not see Dr Nelson however I was very unsatisfied with the visit. I tried to explain my problem with the timeline of events and it seemed as they did not listen. My instructions were to basically do the same thing that I have been doing for the past 2 years and come back to see me in 4 weeks. Medical services on the pace of a fast food drive through

Both my daughter and I see Dr Nelson and she is amazing. She takes the time to listen and lets you explain concerns. She does not try to sell you a bunch of products that they sell and has over the counter products she recommends so you are not breaking the bank.

The staff is NOT friendly. The doctor is full of herself AND she wanted 2 leave the room as soon as she entered the room. Her bedside manner is without a doubt lacking in compassion & empathy. I will find another dr 4 my daughter 2 c. Save ur $ on this fast food atmosphere.
