My neck went out on Christmas and they squeezed me in the next day, and I wasn't able to find someone to watch my kids during the appointment, so their office manager went above and beyond by keeping an eye on them while I had my procedure done. I had a radio frequency ablation done yesterday (my fifth visit) on my lower left side, which is the side that doesn’t hurt. It still does not hurt today. My lower right side still aches from the injection, which is more of an annoyance and am told it that it is common. The ablation takes 2 weeks to become effective. I have another appointment in two weeks for a follow-up to see if my needs were met or if further treatment is necessary. I am glad I was referred to Dr Whitten. He is very personable and wants to help manage your pain. He explains the procedures thoroughly, so you know what to expect. Oh, and he has a great sense of humor. I wore my “I ❤️ Early Childhood” shirt at an earlier visit. He asked me if I really wanted to go back to my earlier childhood days. His staff is amazing and answers any questions you might have. I highly recommend Dr Whitten if you are experiencing chronic pain.

I have been seeing Dr. Whitten for a few months now, and hands down have to say he is the best pain management Dr I have ever seen. He cares, he takes his time listening, he offers treatment options and asks what I the patient wants to do! During painful procedures he tries his best to take your mind off the pain by talking to you and tries his hardest to make you comfortable. I really appreciate how he talks to me like a person and not like just another patient for him. His whole staff has been amazing and very friendly. first visit was a little rushed. 2nd meeting Dr. had time to hear all my "complaints" and discuss ways to help manage my pain. I am very satisfied. Jan. 21, 3rd visit, I had a radio frequency ablation to help ease my back and leg pain. The procedure is rather painful, but nothing compared to the 24/7 pain I have had for years. Today I feel better already and will have the other side done in February. Dr. Whitten does explain everything that he is doing and am thankful my GP referred me.

He is the best Dr. I have been to. I had the same pain doctor for 15 years and he retired. To find someone so in tuned to your medical conditions is very hard to find, or educated enough to understand it. I have a very rare medical condition and had seen two Doctors before seeing C. Weston Whitten, MD after my main DR retired and they did not have the education and compassion to understand what I was going through, he did!. He made me feel like a person who needed help vs a patient. He has made my life better. Thank you! If you need a good pain Doctor he is the one.

He does outline how the treatments have to proceed for medical reasons, but you feel you have more control. Horrible, Dr. Whitten spent a total of 5 minutes with me, explaining how I do not need his services yet; I should wait another 6-8 weeks and reevaluate my pain. Add to this his staff did not know how to spell some of my medications. I had to spell it for them, which left me wondering if they had actual medical training. Overall a bad experience.

Very expensive treatment ($3,400.00) that provided one afternoon of numbness....the receptionist charged $300.00 to my credit card three times, instead of once and I had to spend an hour on the phone with my bank after my appointment to get it straightened out. I'm still making payments.....the last time I called to make a payment, I was transferred around for 10 minutes, then told, "no one is here to take a payment, but you can give me your credit card # and I'll give it to them tomorrow." The online bill pay link- I registered to pay online and am unable to because there is absolutely no info on the website regarding my bill. There are other Doctors in town that don't do unnecessary, ineffective, expensive treatments, so don't waste your time here.
