Very unprofessional front office staff, poor communication skills, unfortunately didn't get to meet the doctor and unaware of their skills because of the barrier created by the poor front line. They should seriously reconsider their front line staff.

Great practice. The staff here are wonderful and make you feel welcome and that they truly care about your well-being. My son was nervous for his treatments at first but the staff made him feel safe and comfortable and he was able to get through the day with a smile on his face.

I've been going there for years and now my son has been getting injections. Dr. Nelson is great with kids as well as adults. For a kid who's usually afraid to go to the doctor, he doesn't think twice about going to the clinic for his weekly injections. Staff all very friendly and helpful too!

So I had a little issue with my insurance. My goodness, the receptionist was the sweetest! She was so patient and super helpful. All the nurses were great and Dr. Shakir was awesome!

DR. SHAKIR is amazing.. after years of struggling to figure out why our son was having so many problems, one visit and we were clearly on the track to getting him in such better health. I respect this man and truly trust him.

The doctors are great and very knowledgeable. However, practice administrator treats employees poorly (almost all benefits have been revoked recently, including a policy allowing special PTO for employees just for doctor's appointments and 15 minute breaks). She regularly talks about her employees behind their backs to other employees and is tactless and disrespectful. All employees are undervalued and severely underpaid. If they're treating their own employees this way think about how they might treat you.
