I am extremely impressed with my whole experience from this surgical center. From my doctor visits, x-rays, back surgery, 3 day stay at the hospital unit and follow up visit, everyone was very attentive and caring. Even with all the paperwork that is required, they were there to help me through it all. The nurses and all staff at the hospital were extremely attentive to my needs during the whole stay. The doctor and his assistances were very thorough on explaining exactly what was being done and following up on calls and questions.. They cared!!! The doctors, assistances, nurses, and other medical staff, all worked together as a team with the same goal.....Excellent support. They got this whole setup of medical team support done right!

Dr. Mark Puccioni is Amazing! He helped our daughter by finding the source of her daily debilitating migraines was not actually migraines but increased intracranial pressure. She had a cyst that was blocking blood flow out of her brain. We have been to doctors all over and recently found Dr. Puccioni. He immediately said she had been misdiagnosed for 4 years. She underwent brain surgery with a craniotomy. Not something we entered into lightly. He removed her cyst 1 month ago and has not had a headache since. We are SOOO VERY GRATEFUL THAT WE DR. PUCCIONI! HE GAVE OUR DAUGHTER HER LIFE BACK!!!! AND HE WAS RIGHT HERE IN NEBRASKA!!! WE ARE SO BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH A SKILLED AND TALENTED SURGEON IN OUR BACKYARD!!!!

During my last visit here I had an x-ray before my appointment and I was very late arriving. But Dr. Music's office was very patient with me and allowed me to come anyway after my x-ray. I don't know of anywhere else that would do that. Dr. Music is a wonderful surgeon he has operated on me twice both very successful surgeries and I absolutely adore him. He is very sweet and soft spoken and explained everything so that you can understand it. The office never has a long wait and are all very friendly . 5 stars!!!

Most of all my surgery was a success and I thank Dr Doran for that. I went to Nebraska spine and the Dr there was rude and told me he couldn’t help me that I needed to go to therapy and lose weight. I went to therapy and lost some weight and when I went back he said he wanted me to go to a pain doctor that he couldn’t do anything for me.My second opinion was Dr Doran and he helped me. I shutter to think that I would still be experiencing that terrible pain. I am so happy I went there.

All went well and professionally. Charlie is an excellent nurse and Dr Bodino an experienced pro. Part of my problems were ortho in nature (knee and ankle) so I did not expect help in that area; however when I was leaving I noticed a sign by the door listing additional services and doctors including ortho. It struck me as odd neither Charlie or Dr Bodino mentioned I could get additional treatment for my ortho needs right there. Why would they withhold that information?

If you're thinking of having surgery and it's either a required or elective situation I would recommend finding a different establishment. While the surgeons there seen to have a pretty good idea of what's going on, I've only had dealings with one, the hospital staff on an inpatient level were horrible. 60 % of the hospital staff have their acts together and are genuinely concerned about the patients health and well being. The office managers don't want to help correct situations of dispute so if you are looking for quality care you may wanna conduct more research and choose a different facility.

April 15-17 I highly recommend MD West One!! I made a appointment with the office and Dr Bowdino was my scheduled doctor. He listened to everything I had to say about my L5-S1 spondylolethis back issue and presented my solution. His team effectively got me scheduled in two weeks for corrective surgery. I am very pleased so far with the results of my surgery and the level of care given to me since Monday April 15 and should be discharged on April 17. I immediately have no more Intense sciatica pain going down my right leg which not only affected my job, daily life and sleep. The doctor even did real time nerve tracking to trace the trouble spot. The past couple days I have slept on my back for the 1st time in many months with no discomfort other than the surgery procedures itself. I look forward along with my healing now to get back to the status of quality life I had before this injury and surgery. A HUGE “Thank You to DR BOWDINO and EVERYBODY that has even been a part of this very positive experience.” I will always recommend anyone that inquires about MD West one!! Pictures speak a thousand words of a great service provided by this hospital. Thank you all!! April 21st Went off Narco and went off walker to cane assist. No need for pain meds if haven’t really experienced any pain. I can honestly say this has been the easiest major surgery I have had. Discomfort and stiffness yes, pain? Dr Bowdino must have done this procedure with the upmost care to cause the least pain and quickest recovery. April 26th Released to go back to work April 29th. Wow! Under two weeks and capable to easily to do light duty for 3 months with my required restrictions to properly heal my fusion. I’m again very pleased with the quick recovery for this old 52 old man. Lol. Will I still recommend MD West One. Absolutely!!!

This is a nationally top rated neurosurgery practice. Dr Bowdino is straightforward and conservative in his approach. No surgery just to make money. He is down to earth and not an egotist. He has never been condescending to me as an older and single woman. I have had two surgeries and a non-surgical outcome by Dr Bowdino that were all excellent. I really appreciate that the imaging center is right downstairs and gets results to the doctor quickly. I’ve had images done the same day, rarely waiting more than 30 minutes. Coming from out of town this saves a lot of time and money. Time is allowed for adequate healing before physical therapy.

Mind you, I had pre-approval from my insurance company and more than half the providers that practice in the facility accept my insurance. The facility itself does not. What facility refuses to see patients for pain relief when most of the doctors there accept that insurance? My hope is to find another FACILITY that accepts my insurance and is one that my Dr practices out of, otherwise I have to go through the whole process over again with a different doctor. All because the facility refuses to put forth the effort to bill out of network and take payments for the service.

I called 1 day with an urgent need to see a surgeon. They were able to get me in with Dr Jordan Lacy the next day. Lets just say I was so glad. Went in for my visit. There was no waiting time at all. Dr lacy came in and had already reviewed my records know the issue and procedure to fix it. The nurse Ryan was awesome. Even the med records gal(tiffany?)was great. Odd that rating it top notch states that you loved it. Had a spinal stenosis surgery after attempting to live with a slipping and bulging disk in my neck for a long time. After I was dealing with terrible pain and starting to lose feeling in the right side of my body I decided to do something about it. Went to another physician and tried the typical pain meds which left me mostly drugged up. I took the plunge and sought the opinions of most of the best surgeons and other medical professionals in Omaha and Lincoln. I was referred to this practice and set up the surgery and proceeded with getting it done. I came out of the OR and came to and immediately noticed significant relief I haven't experienced since before I went to Iraq. I did a spinal fusion and vertebrae replacement or disk replacement. It seemed brutal at the time but within a couple of days of post op, I knew I clearly made the right choice and was beginning to kick myself for not doing this sooner. These guys also have about the best success rate in the biz with the lowest operative side effects (loss of voice, or doesn't work). Im around a year and a half out from surgery and have to say that this was one of the better choices I have made in my healthcare and I can't recommend them more highly. The facility is state of the art and has the trappings of a nicely equipped 4 star hotel. Also, the food is pretty darn good too not just for "hospital food" either. Surgeons are highly skilled and know how to talk to a patient as do the nursing staff and Physician Assistants. Need a spinal stenosis? Get it done here, period.

I came out of the OR and came to and immediately noticed significant relief I haven't experienced since before I went to Iraq. I did a spinal fusion and vertebrae replacement or disk replacement. It seemed brutal at the time but within a couple of days of post op, I knew I clearly made the right choice and was beginning to kick myself for not doing this sooner. These guys also have about the best success rate in the biz with the lowest operative side effects (loss of voice, or doesn't work). Im around a year and a half out from surgery and have to say that this was one of the better choices I have made in my healthcare and I can't recommend them more highly. The facility is state of the art and has the trappings of a nicely equipped 4 star hotel. Also, the food is pretty darn good too not just for "hospital food" either. Surgeons are highly skilled and know how to talk to a patient as do the nursing staff and Physician Assistants. Need a spinal stenosis? Get it done here, period.

Jordy Jensen is an employee at this place. She beat up a girl that was under the influence and blacked out. She left her bloody and with a broken nose, and after she was taken to the hospital she messaged her again.
