I have seen Dr. Sheehan and his Physician Assistants several times. My experiences have never been great but it was my last visit that caused me pain and suffering. I will never return because of Dr. Sheehan’s lack of empathy or concern. Dr. Sheehan performed a procedure with sutures and I returned to have the sutures removed as instructed. However, one of the sutures was not removed and it became infected. I contacted Dr, Sheehan, and his office for assistance and to explain the problems I had, but I was ignored. I can only assume why I was left hanging, but I guess they were afraid of me filing a claim or being a problem? All I know, is that I paid for a caring, high-quality doctor and I got neither!
