Absolutely horrible. Horrible service, poor customer service, and charged me for late fees on a charge I had paid for costing me an extra $60. Would not recommend to anyone, take your business somewhere else where someone deserves it.

This office overcharges. I had a standard 15 minute mole check appointment with 4 moles removed that cost me $700 out of pocket after insurance. The lab they use will send a separate bill. I contacted the office manager about my concerns and she was not helpful. My husband had 4 moles removed at another local office and paid $280 after insurance. I have transferred to that office and love it!

My son had been going to a different Lincoln dermatologist for 3.5 years. He's changed medications three times; nothing helped. Christine took the case, and his skin cleared up in one week. Literally. One week. I wish we'd never wasted our time elsewhere.

I cannot say how disappointed I am in this Dermatology office. They did not even attempt to heal my psrioasis , they just pushed me on to the next doctor. Someone who supposively has practiced for 30 years. Did not even offer anything medication wise until I asked for some kind of pain relief. Save yourself time and look for someone who cares about healing. They only care about Insurance $ and easy stuff. Anything that is actually concerning go elsewhere . Worst experience I have ever had with any doctor on this planet. -5 star if I could

I've been visiting another Lincoln dermatologist for 2 years with no big improvements. I switched to Gateway Dermatology and Christine has been taking care of my skin issues since last year. She's knowledgeable, understanding, calm, and caring. My skin is much more better now.
