This doctor has given me the confidence to show my skin for the first time in my life. Struggling with cystic acne since I was 7 years old, I was hesitant to see yet ANOTHER dermatologist. With just about little to no hope left, this doctor gave me medicine that was covered by my insurance and gave me over the counter recommendations to fit my poor, college student budget. I can run my fingers down my cheek and not feel a single pimple, and it gets me emotional! The only complaint I have is when I went in the first time and had them check out a cyst I had on my back, I would have liked it if they told me what it would probably cost me since my insurance did not cover the procedure. Still, it was understandable and I didn't mind paying it. Along with that, the receptionist was so nice and understanding and told me about options to pay for it. Overall, this experience has given me back my skin and my life. So thanks doc!

Brian Herbin is a very pleasant, professional person. He speaks to and listens to the patient! He tries meds that he thinks will work, and if not, he asks patient if they are willing to try new meds. If the patient doesn't care to do it, then he's ok with that. If I have a question or concern, I can call or email, and he will get back to me! Am glad he's my ("Dr") and he comes to Falls City.

Dr. and staff were nice and friendly. I was in and out is 30 minutes and all was good. Until I got the bill. VERY pricey. And trying to speak to a live human being on the phone is next to impossible. I've been calling there for over a week now and only one time did I speak to a live person who couldn't help because she was new. I left a message for billing to return my call and still haven't heard back. Won't be going back.

I had an appointment to have them look at a rash that I have had for 2 months. I was told rashes are seen by the physician assistants. The first PA came in and took a look and was unsure. He told me he was going to get the other one who is better at Dermatology stuff than he is. At least he was honest but why does he work there? The other PA came in and had a confused look on his face. He then blamed my weight. Im 6'4 315 lbs. Weight is not an issue. I tried to explain it to him and he was not listening. He then prescribed two different creams that I had already tried and they did not work. I tried to tell them that but they did not listen. The second PA was adamant my weight was the problem and left the room. Never saw the real Dermatologist. Will never go back or recommend. What made matters worse is Im a self pay. What a waste of time and money.

We've been very happy with Complete Family Dermatology. There was less scarring after mole removal than I had with previous dermatologists. He was also very patient and gentle with my child when she had wart and mole removal. The staff are very friendly as well.

Got a small cyst removed, took 10 minutes. When I returned to have the stitches removed they missed several of them and I had to do it on my own. They billed me $1,000 for this. When I went in to contest the absurdity of this amount they offered no recourse. They even charged for pathology, which was specifically mentioned beforehand as not being needed. I explained this and they glazed over and waited for me to shut up and pay. I see in an earlier review they responded to a similar case to this by saying that insurance "can be confusing." Way to deflect and insult with that one. What isn't confusing at all is that you are charging $6,000/hour to your customers and offering no recourse to the ones who don't just plop down that kind of money like it's no big deal. Very unethical, and a good testament to what is wrong with healthcare in general in the U.S. I'll spread the word. Shop around, these guys will take you for all you've got.

I see Jay Arthur in Dr Baslers office he is awesome he always explains things to me before he performs anything. I had skin cancer and it is gone now I fully have trust in him and the rest of the staff. the front girls are awesome and also the nurses that work with jay they are all friendly and curtious you can tell they enjoy the work they do. i will continue seeing jay as long as i need to.

Rude and disrespectful staff. Did a skin biopsy and they said they would send me the results in the mail witch is uncalled for. No follow up visit. Things are getting worse. This is week 6 with what's going on. To get ahold of a nurse you half to call them multiple times. Thought they would be great due to the how great people said they are but they couldn't care less about what's going on. I have had this rash for 6 weeks along with being pregnant. The rash is infected and inflamed. I wonder what they would do if this spreads to my child. They would be the ones to blame.

My experience was better than I could have hoped. My former dermatologist felt like an assembly line/factory which was not the case here. Dr. Basler explained my mole shape/size in detail and Dawn was amazing! This was my first body scan/review without having any frivolously removed. I will be back and will recommend family and friends.

I went to see Dr. Basler to have a cyst removed from the outside corner of my eye. I was embarrassingly nervous about the procedure but she was really so kind and gentle. His assistant had the same demeanor and it helped so much with my anxiety. After some lidocaine injections, he just burned that sucker off in a matter of minutes. Threw a few stitches in and that was that. I never felt a thing after the first lil needle poke. I have zero insurance and paid entirely out of pocket. The whole shebang cost me $245- that included so and my face is very beautiful and the thing was interfering with my confidence, so I thought it was a great deal. The incision healed uneventfully and after a couple months it was undetectable. No scarring, nothing. Nice job Dr.Basler

I have only been to a dermatologist 2-3 times in my life. I went to the one on 33rd. st. several years ago where I had a great experience. (Ran by his father.) I went to this one and would not recommend it. They charge you for services that do not need, and then will not return a call but only send a letter. It's not the customer service that most places have.

I had my appointment this morning as a first-time patient. The PA Macy (not sure if that's spelled right) was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor was knowledgeable and patient as well. In reading through some of the reviews now, I'm a bit worried about being caught off guard by the bill. I did not ask up front what it costed for the procedure, but have done this several times in the past at other places and know what to expect. If that turns south, I will come back and re-do this review. Otherwise -- great experience thus far~!

worst experience ever. my husband took me for my acne problem after seeing so much on their website for acne. but for my complete shock they told me that there nothing much they can do. they just gave a cream to apply on acne which we can buy from any pharmacy. this cream even make the problem worse . all of this cost me 111 usd. Please think twice before choosing them.
