Dr Finnegan is amazing. She truly cares for her patients in a way that is very outstanding. I had a great experience and can honestly say she made my life better. Very nice receptionist and assistant as well.

I have gone to Joyce for over 10 years. Apparently she is booked up for 4 months, even for emergency issues. So, I was told to leave a message for her medical staff. That is a joke. They called me back and I missed the call but called back 10 minutes later. Then, I got no phone call back for 4 days. Nah. I'm good. So, after 10 years, I'm moving on. Joyce is great if you are cool with waiting 4 months for an appointment.

Tim Lynch

They billed me for services they didn't ask if i wanted nor were they explained. Their billing company told me they would look into it and then sent my account to collections without warning. I am unbelievably frustrated.

Went for a routine mole check, just to make sure it was benign. They advised I arrive early for the appointment (why?), and then I had to wait thirty minutes in their waiting room. Unacceptable. I then had a 13-14 minute visit, and at no time did I see a Doctor. A few weeks later I received a bill for over $950! ... for a sub-15-minute visit, where I didn't see a Dr. Obviously, I didn't pay that ludicrous amount. When they mailed me a bill, it said that the only way to pay them is to mail them a check, or write my credit card info on a piece of paper, and mail it to their office. It's 2015, the idea of not having online payments insanity. Lastly, when I was calling their office for information about paying the bill, it took me about 15+ calls to actually reach someone. Again; unacceptable. I do not recommend this antiquated practice.

We have been going to Braddock Finnegan Dermatology for so long, I can't remember how long it has been and we have always been treated very well and always have had follow checks routinely. From warts that no one else could get rid of, to a yeast rash on my son that our general practitioner was totally confused with and Joyce diagnose as she walked in the exam room. Prescribed a medication and it disappeared in days, it was a reaction to an antibiotic. They are discrete and extremely knowledgeable and they make you feel at ease and comfortable.

I had an appointment with Amy Price. She is a disappointment. I saw her and she gave me literally 8 mins of her time. Asked her questions all she said put the steroid cream and it will take care of it. Did not answer my question of what causes it and how. I don't think she knows and so has no answer. just a brushed-off. don't go see her i wasted my $155 and got a cream that doesn't help in fact dangerous as it thins your skin. How can one be a practitioner when you don't have any concern for the patient. I guess just get the money from you attitude. I feel sorry for every patient they treat. No concern at all just patients in and out and get their money. Zero compassion, zero knowledge and all they know is prescribe a cream or meds. it is a sad healthcare. she should be ashamed of herself in this profession. Please stay away from conventional medicine. I am done with them! Yes, billing people are rude and unhelpful.

Amy price... she was nice, but Doesn’t know what she’s doing...got a cyst removed & was told it would be an easy removal & I’d only be left with a small scar. But once she removed my stitches the incision tore open & my skin had to heal from the inside out. Now I’m forever left with a horrible ugly dollar sized scar. People ask all the time “what happend? Is that a birth mark?!” No just my BOTCHED cyst removal from Braddock finnegan PA Amy price!! My dad had the same thing removed by another dermotogist & his turned out fine. So thanks for one of the Worst experience of my life. It’s healed now for a year and still looks terrible. I’ll forever have this horrible scar. UNREAL

They are good .. but their wait time and getting them to call you back regarding appointments they really need to work on.

Diane Wheeler

Greg and Joyce, the PA's, are great but watch out for their billing practices.

Maddie Cunningham

I went here all through middle school and it was great. But now as an adult my sessions last no more than 5 minutes, they have never asked me why I came to them, or provided the care I needed. I use to see Joyce but she’s always booked and is in and out with me when I do get to see her. I saw Greg last time and he was so disrespectful to his nurse who was helping him. He told me I had a “disease” on my face and gave me 3 scripts. I went and got a second opinion the following month somewhere else and they laughed when I said “I had a disease on my face” - which I do not, turned out to be just hormonal acne treated that I can treat with birth control. This office is nice, but don’t give their patients enough time to be treated properly.

Joyce Sumner is absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and personable. I was very frustrated 8 years ago with adult cystic, painful acne and she was the only dermatologist who helped me get it under control, and keep it under control with minimal treatment over the years. She also has removed pre cancerous moles. I refer everyone I know to her she is one in a million in the healthcare field!!!!!!

Christina Narwicz

Dr Finnegan is brilliant! She is super smart and is helping me with several issues. thank you

Michelle Brewer

Appointments are VERY hard to obtain and other negative experiences.

Elizabeth Folkers

Did not help my son with his skin issue and billed over $800. I would not recommend this office.

I'm thankful for the excellent care Greg Morrison PA provided. Very happy with the entire experience.

Cameron Frost

Beware! You won’t get out of there without a base charge of $90. If you haven’t been seen within the last three years they call it a “new patient” fee. If you have, it’s an “office” fee. That’s on top of the charges for what they actually do. This is very sneaky in my opinion.

Michelle Jacobs

My son and I are both patients. We have received fabulous care from both Greg Morrison & Dr. Ortleb. Both providers explain medications and treatments thoroughly. The medical assistants are very personable and professional. A+++

Carrie Plummer

As previously mentioned, the care is ok but billing is absurdly high. I had one very small skin tag removed, took less than a minute to do, and they charged me $320 just for that (not including the office visit). I was shocked when I got the bill and will never go back.

Ashley Nickell

The wait time sucks even with only a few patients in the office and I never get calls back from them (even though every time I've been in there, they're always on the phone) and they've taken over a week (in business days) to get a pre authorization from my insurance company. I have psoriasis and they have definitely not treated me like I matter. Very disappointed with this place and I will find a new dermatologist.

dryguy

skin condition got worse under their care and failed to even look and check on skin after treatments. got infections and still didnt routinely check. you are a meatbag and another dollar. terrible place.

Rainy B

Terrible place to have any actual dermatology problems dealt with. They charged me $800 after insurance (I have exceptional insurance) and I only went in 3 times for 3 15 minute appointments. Afterwards, the problem was still not resolved and I called the medical staff three separate times without ever receiving a call back. They truly lack customer care here and I would suggest going somewhere that cares more about their patients!

Monica Johnson

The receptionist are very kind and so are the nurse and doctor’s.

Ernie Shear

I have been there 2 times. Both times I have seen Greg. He is a very personable and knowledgeable practitioner. He recently performed a biopsy and was very thorough in explaining the procedure as well as making sure I was comfortable and pain free. I was told I would be contacted in 7 to 10 business days about the results. On the 3rd day I received a call with the results. I couldn't be more pleased with this facility and the staff. I have read all of the reviews on here and there seems to be quite a few negative ones about billing and dollar amounts. You cannot put a price on your health or life. I feel you get what you pay for. These people may be dermatologists but there dermatologists just might save your life!!

Kyle S

Went for annual skin check. Was in the exam room before my scheduled time and Greg and his team were incredibly efficient and kind. Highly recommend.

Olivia Odom

The PA I saw was nice and helped with one of the two issues I had. She wanted to see me for a follow up 2 weeks later. I was not told this would be charged as an office visit. A 5 min follow up, told her my issue was not better. All that was recommended was keep using the medication that did not help and come back in 3 months. I will not be returning as I am not going to pay ANOTHER office visit charge. They seemed to care more about milking for money than making it better. After questioning the charge for the follow up, they said according to their coder, it was a legit charge. They knew they were charging me before i came in. They asked for a copay before she even seen me. Seems like shady practicing to me. I have worked for many doctors and never have they done this to their patients. If you are going to charge people extra, at least tell them so they are prepared. Now I am out of the money and still have my issue. Very unsatisfied with this.

Heather Barry

Absolutely awful billing practices. I went in for a cosmetic procedure and brought up my disappointment in a previous cosmetic procedure, only to receive a bill in the mail as a patient visit. After discussing it with their billing department, they said the charges were justified. Absolutely ridiculous. All it does is justify to me that $$ is all they are concerned with.

Robin Genlot-Mueller

I saw Dr. Mary Finnegan and she was great! She was professional, but very friendly & willing to listen. She was thorough and asked questions that I wouldn't have thought of to ask. If you need a dermatologist then you should go see her!

Katherine Kirkpatrick

This place is awful! They charge 100s of dollars without solving the issue. Frankly, I think "Amy" was just guessing, and she got it wrong every time. We finally got a second opinion from another company, and they cleared up the skin issue right away--quickly and cheaply. Too bad it was only after already forking out over $600 (and waiting weeks for incorrect diagnoses) for worthless office visits and advice from Amy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

It is commonly a bad thing when the treatment makes the situation worse. It has been 7-8 months since the initial laser treatment was provided and the only result I received was 2 scarred/raised areas on my face. I tried to point out the areas were not healing properly shortly after the treatment to which I was written another antibiotic prescription (eventually received 3 prescriptions). I've recently had a 2nd opinion on the affected areas and while discussing my prior treatment, the practitioner could not stop grimacing at the laser techniques used by this clinic (i.e., use of multiple lasers in 1 session, use of antibiotic to 'aid healing', resulting 'scabs' directly after treatment being considered normal). I had high hopes and put too much faith in the doctor at this clinic, but as time has passed I have come to realize I was just 'the next appointment' as there was next to no consultation or recommendation prior to treatment. Additionally, each time I came to discuss my results, I was billed $150+ for the visit only to be told to "wait longer" and take more antibiotics. My parents had a positive experience at this clinic for sun damage but I can confirm the laser procedures are not this clinic's specialty.

Stacy Kroeger

Good experience until I got the bill. Was not told I would be getting a $2500 bill from University of Nebraska Medical Center for labs. Wish I had been told this up front. Will never visit again. EVER.
