Management staff was very unprofessional, inflexible, and judgmental. My son was turned away from treatment after filling out paper work and talking to the nurse and office manager, because he was with a non custodial parent for the visit. Please make sure that if you go, you have a legal guardian present with minor children. Not a Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt, Uncle, Cousin, Fiancé, or non custodial spouse. They will not see your child and they are very firm about this! NO EXCEPTIONS! I understand that offices have policies, however it is very hard in this day and age for working parents to be at every needed appointment. This office does not understand that. Please know they are strict so you don't have the negative experience I did.

My daughter and I were referred to Dr. Drake after our Dermatologist retired. I have been extremely impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of issues having to do with skin cancer. She is personable and has always made a point to explain procedures and possible outcomes. I would highly recommend her as your Family Dermatologist.

Dr Ashley Drake is excellent. I have had skin cancer several times that was cut away by other dermatologists, but Dr Drake's active care has given me a much better outlook. I have been her patient for three years without a recurrence. Delighted with the treatment and her concern for my well being. Thank you doctor!

She did not even stay in my room with my for more then 2 mins and didn’t even solve my issue. Just added to it with a $200 bill. What happened to treating a customer as a human and not a typical textbook case with a number?

I've been coming here for 2 years now and while Dr. Drake is nice I'm constantly running into issues with them such as my prescription forgot to get filled and since it has to be shipped to me when they forget something it takes weeks to fix and then I miss my medication, we sent over a fax 10 days ago and still no response. You would think they would be better at this but they aren't & if it wasn't such a pain to switch offices with my medication I would of done it after the first time I walked into this place because I've been having issues since day 1
