As a family we see the team at Advanced Dermatology. The other day I witnessed my 9 year old son to have a panic attack for the first time as he was going to have a laser treatment done on his foot. This team has a INCREDIBLE INDIVIDUAL THANK YOU SO MUCH MICHEAL YOU SAVED THE DAY! YOU TRULY HAVE A GIFT! Steven is still talking about you 2 days later. He said if needed he will come do it again. :) Dr. Jake thank you for your patience during his transition to clam down.

The doctor looked at me for 30 seconds, gave me several prescriptions that haven't worked after months of use and left the room.

This practice should be ashamed of themselves. I had an appointment to see Dr. Shehan. I was kept waiting shy of an hour. Tiara was nice and took the time to try and help, however the girl I was told was Melanie had smirk on her face and interrupted my conversation with Tiara. The Dr. had the temerity to blame my anger on human error. There was no human error at all about anything. The practice did not want to take responsibility for anything. I will be happy to look for a different dermatologist. I am very sorry I wasted my afternoon.

The reseponist was nice and very helpful, but that quickly turned when my husband met the doctor. He was only in there maybe 20 min in which his doctor diagnost him in about 5 min. When I was told what he was diagnosed with I knew it was wrong. It did not match any of the symptoms he was having not to mention it was highly contagious and I nor my family had signs of anything and he has had a rash for 4 months. I called the nurse and doctors and asked them to explain to me on how they got to this conclusion. She said they ran a test, it did come back negative, but that can happen. I asked if any other test were ran and she said no. I asked why and she told me she didnt need to, if what she gave didn't help to come back. I told her what I thought it was and that I was hoping we would get more out of the visit I didn't want to have to come back to get another wrong diagnosis. I don't really like paying hundreds of dollars each visit and it be wrong . I feel like that's a scam. I chose to do what she instructed and it didn't work. Nothing happend except drain my bank account. I did not go back . I made an appointment with someone else. We were there 45 min talking with the doctor who actually listened and cared , he diagnosed it right away. Still ran test to make sure , it was an easy skin test. My husband had what I said he had. A form of psoriasis which runs in his family but he has never had a break out. Only if the doctor at this facility would have listened when we told her that. She would t have diagnosed him wrong. It was like she didn't care he was just any other patient.

My two year old went to the pediatrician with a rash and they told us we needed to see a dermatologist right away. They made time for us right away and go my son on the meds he needed. Great customer service and bedside manners.

Friendly staff, clean and nice office today - they moved, I believe, since last time I was in, but in the same area. Dr. Davey is so positive, upbeat, and I always leave with a smile on my face and a good feeling. Don't know too many medical places I leave feeling that way. Thanks to you all!

Gary Olson

I am in absolute tears right now. I am so thankful for this team, but especially thankful for Dr. Sara Stephenson. After countless visits to my daughters pediatrician over the course of just little over a year. And visits to other dermatologists. I was finally fed up being fed the same lines over and over again. My daughter is 7 and has had Mollescum for over a year now. It was beginning to spread and cover her whole body. Making her feel embarrassed and difficult trying to make her not spread it more on herself or to other. One ....ONE VISIT! Is all it took with Dr. Stephenson and she took the time to find something to ease our pain. It took 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS to clear an ALLOVER BODY infection because of her taking a chance on a medication. If only we had had this same treatment in the beginning with the other doctors my daughter would not be left with so many scars on her body. So incredibly thankful for Dr. Stephenson and if she reads this I hope you are reminded of the wonderful impact you have families with the job that you do.

Omaha, Nebraska. I called to make an appointment for my daughter with the Dermatologist. Receptionist set her up to see the RN without mentioning that on the phone. Daughter goes for appointment wanting to confirm if she has a toe nail fungus in odd looking toenail. RN spends 1 sec looking at it and declares it is indeed nail fungus. Daughter then asks if she should throw away her nail polish? Shoes? RN wasn't sure. And gave no other information to her has to help keep the nail fungus from spreading. How it got there in the future. etc...Daughter asks if there is anything she can do for it to make it go away. RN replies "well I've heard vicks might help if you rub it on the nail" . THEN my daughter asks if the nail could just have had some type of trauma to it instead of it being nail fungus. RN replies that yes that could be what it is. Okaaay so this visit is pointless. RN doesn't know for sure what it is. Offers no guidance or info and spent less than 5 minutes with daughter. Daughter leaves and then goes to her car and wonders if there is any tests available to verify if it is indeed nail fungus. So she googles it before leaving the parking lot. Finds that yes there is a test. Nail can be clipped and sent to lab for testing. Goes back into office and asks if she can have this test done. RN clips nail and sends it off to the lab ONLY AFTER DAUGHTER HAD TO GOOGLE IT HERSELF TO FIND OUT IF SAID TEST exists. Then we get a bill for almost $190 for this visit!! I called the office and explained all of this and was basically told too bad. No concern that we were basically scammed out of a couple hundred dollars by this place. Definitely would not recommend. UPDATE: Results of the lab test showed NO NAIL FUNGUS.

Great service! Got me in within a week. All the staff, nurses and doctors were very friendly. I got an email with appointment notes afterwards which I thought was awesome. Wish all offices did that ! Would highly recommend!

Wow... I'm really disappointed in this place. I've heard a lot of good things about Dr. Sheehan but the staff he keeps is not so great. I came here in pain and embarrassed (I have about 14 planter warts on each feet). I put it off for years because I had a feeling it would be a long and painful process or at least painful. They started liquid nitrous treatments and appointment after appointment I kept telling them I didn't think it was working and week after week I blistered and cried and couldn't walk... I work on my feet too. But they kept at it telling me they could see a difference. I lived with them for years I couldn't see any. Just more pain! Finally about 6-7 appts in I was tired and told Jake that I didn't think they were working. Instead of trying to figure it out he retorted with "well it must be working because you keep coming back!" I felt soooo misunderstood at that point. I kept coming back because i was in that moment of insanity where I kept hoping it would work! He then... after aaaaall of these appointments finally told me about wart peel. I can only use it on my toes and it's even longer of a process. Putting this on every night. Walking in pain the next day. I haven't been back since because I just gave up. I'm still in a lot of pain the warts are still there and instead of contacting me to ask if everything is going ok they just send me bill after bill over charging me for an already paid copay. Very disappointed. :( and I have no where else to go and my feet are still in so much pain. Even worse than before I started treatments.
