Horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. You NEVER see the same person twice and when you’re pregnant you kind of want to know your freaking doctor. And they lost my labs on a blood draw so called me back in to do it again and charged me for both blood draws and both lab results when THEY messed it up the first time! I tried disputing the charges and after they DENIED my dispute they sent me to collections. Worst office ever and you get conflicting information from every single different person you see in the office!

I have had mistakes happen with my bill, my prescription and my Dr.'s attentiveness all within the roughly 6 months since I became a patient. Also the limitations put on refilling necessary prescriptions is ludicrous.

This was a an office staff and doctor (Dr. Nelson) who I felt really took the time to listen. I felt they were interested in meeting my needs as a patient, and I didn't feel like just another number to them. They were all very caring, compassionate, and professional. I'd highly recommend them to others.
