I will never recommend these guys. Their quality of service has gone down hill. Make you wait and for over and hour and half for you scheduled appointment. Front desk is rude. Few of the nurses aweful. Take your child to someone who cares.

After showing up almost a half hour early for a 4:10 p.m. appointment, we were 15 minutes late getting taken back. Then we were there until 5:21 p.m. and not once saw a doctor. We have to go back in the morning... do you think if we showed up for the appointment one hour and ten minutes after the appointment that they would still see my child in an orderly time, or do you think they would cancel our appointment?

Dr Keefe is amazing with my girls. We usually don't wait long to be seen thankfully. The Doctor listens to all my questions and concerns and answers them. One of the doctors released my youngests tongue tie and did a great job in making sure the aftercare went well. They get us in right away for sick days. Dr Keefe is knowledgeable and understanding.

Been going here for 12 years since my son was little. They’ve been the dr for all my kids and do a great job and there isn’t a lot of turn over so my son and daughter have had the same dr the entire time. Really great to have consistency of care and also great with my kids weather their sick or just a well child check up. In terms of the time limits a lot of other reviews post it’s a doctors office. Yes sometimes we’ve had to wait but they give great care so I’m assuming they are doing it for everyone there

The front desk people are very mean when you call and ask questions this has happened every time i call or even in the office. i could not reschedule an appointment for my son and i was told that i will have to call back a week later. The only reason why i am giving them 2 stars is the doctors are very sweet. Most of the nurses not so much.

Personalized care from very attentive professionals. I've appreciated how the MDs have engaged with my children -- Dr. Tess and Mr. Mike have taken the time to answer both the parents' and kids' questions about health -- even after the exam is over.

I've been going here for as long as I can remember and they have always treated me great and the staff is kind there isn't much of a wait unless its really busy

A while ago I had gotten a prescription for something but they hadn't bothered to check my other medications until about an hour after I had left. They called and said not to take the pill because I would have a heart attack and die. Another time a few months ago, my mother was in a room across from the nurse while I was in the bathroom and overheard the nurses making fun of me. I haven't been back since. I'm also pretty sure both of those things are illegal.

Nice staff, but have to wait more often than not. And, not like 10—15 minutes, more like 30 minutes or more.

The doctors are good for the most part, but they cannot stick to a schedule to save their life. Not uncommon to sit in the waiting room. For more than an hour and then for another 30 - 45 minutes in the exam roo. Waiting to seen the doctor. The employees are very rude when it comes to making payments and often get very pushy by telling you what you will pay and when.

Dr. Keefe is knowledgable, kind, and has years of experience. She treated me when I was a child and now takes care of my children. We couldn't be more satisfied! When Dr. Keefe can't see one of my sick children, we are comfortable with all of the choices we have at Helena Pediatric Clinic. All of them are great doctors!

I wouldn't even give them a half of star. The front desk is beyond rude, you sit in the waiting room for an hour for a scheduled appointment then another 45 minutes in the room waiting to see the doctor. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of experiencing every single doctor here and the only one I approve of is dr. Keefe. If I were you, I wouldn't dare take my child here.
