Remarkably disappointed. I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes, and then sat in the exam room for another 15 minutes. I decided to leave and was caught in the hallway and was asked why I was leaving and was told that I was next on the list for appointments. I told the doctor that my appointment was an hour ago and that I could not stay to wait any longer because I had another appointment to be at and I couldn't be late. Her response was very abrasively telling me that she expected her clients to wait 45-60 minutes and if they couldn't then that was not her problem. A simple apology and offer to reschedule would have been sufficient. I really felt like they failed to handle the situation with any degree of professionalism.

Talk about getting the bum's rush! A board-certified dermatologist from out of state, a Dr. Kern, has appointments in this office. His attention to my issue gave me the distinct impression that he was late for his plane back home. He dashed into the room, made two assumptions immediately and no matter what I said, I could not straighten him out on the simple FACTS he had already misunderstood. Then he was gone! I should have had a stop watch. This was a second appointment and he behaved the very same way the first time. I'll go to Missoula before I'd go back to this practice.

Dr. Vellanki was very thorough in my exam. I was able to receive treatment quickly. She and her staff provided excellent care. I am thankful for her expertise.
