I have had my hip replaced in Sept 2017 and now currently there for 2nd hip but this one had some issues so in here a bit longer. The doctor, nurses and CNAs are amazing. They take the time to make you not only medically taken care of but emotionally too. I will never use Benefis again. This place is always clean and you always feel you cared for. Thank you all.

They're actually pretty awesome, the fact that benefis is so terrible just makes them look that much better.

Yesterday was our first time going to the emergency room at this hospital. At first I was very impressed by how fast everything was moving along. My son fell off the monkey bars at school and broke his humerus. The nurse, dr, xray tech all come in the room rather quickly. The dr informed us that the nurse (Chris) would be bringing my son pain medication. After 1.5 hrs Chris came back and wanted to know what was going on.....i let him know the Dr. Said that Chris would bringing pain meds this nurse has no idea he was supposed to be bringing meds. He told us he would go see what was happening. He didn't come back.....I finally went out to the nurse station to see what the heck was taking so long. Chria avoided me not one person asked if i needed help. I finally ran into The dr. Matt and asked if he knew what was taking so long on the pain medication he had no idea but said be he would come talk to us. Thats when informed us his arm was broke. At this point Matt the dr directed everything to my husband said he would be back with the xrays. When he came back my husband had stepped out to use the restroom. Matt looked around the room and then looked at me and said oh well I guess I'll go over these with you amd you can relay whats going on. Um you guess..I'm his mother!!! My husband came back when he was going over the xrays after that Matt directed everything to my husband. I felt very discriminated like he didn't want to talk to me because I was a women. Long story short chris never came back with pain meds...horrible nurse!! Ed came and gave my son pain meds about 20 min before we were discharged. Thank you Ed you were wonderful. Chris you should find another carrier obviously your heart isn't in this job. Matt I hope that was a misunderstanding!!

I was in the hospital for 6 days. The nurses are amazing, they were never to busy to answer questions, or even rub my back after a horrible nightmare... Thank You Ladies!! Dr. Maynard, thank you for taking the time to gently and patiently answer my questions, and for making clear how to do my after care. You are all a Great bunch of people who treated me like I mattered. Which I do!!!! Thank You.. Thank You... Thank You.... Thank You!!! ❤

Fantastic care in every step of what has otherwise been a nightmare. I was laid off from my position but was in the process of training for another when I fell ill. No insurance!! My Dr, made sure to help me cover everything so as not to have multiple charges in case I had to self pay, the surgery crew, nurses and even the girl at the front desk were not just polite but created a true connection. Goodness from minute one in the ER, to every lab draw. It's been a excellent experience. And the gal in the surgery scheduling area at DR Seals office.. A total peach! Thanks GFCH

Was very impressed by the young lady at the desk who greeted me and my very sick child, the nurse who walked us back was super nice and patient with a sick and wiggly 1yr old child. Dr. Gianarelli on the other hand did not have the best bedside manner. I informed him my son has tubes in his ears and if he has an ear infection he's going to probably need antibiotic drops, instead he gave him a normal oral antibiotic solution... frustrating. Other than that I was happy to be in and out of the ER in just over an hour!

I have been suffering from hip pain for years and had the opportunity to go and see Dave Crossley at the Great Falls Clinic. I appreciate his honest assessment of my condition and his caring concern for me going into surgery. He is very professional and I would highly recommend Dr Crossley to anyone needing help with orthopedics!!! Thank you Dave!!!

Emergency room visit was fine but billing is a sham. While the ER doctor is in my network, the hospital is not and the receptionist was no help when I checked in. Worse, they un-bundled my bill, meaning everything was itemized for maximum charge instead of coded as the single visit (this is how it was explained an insurance rep and articles online seem to point to this as a tactic for charging as much as possible). Lastly, my tetanus shot cost $107 plus $145 for the doc to administer it. This same shot costs $64 at the county health dept and is free with any insurance. The hospital is billing me $252 for that shot.
