I have nothing but horrible experiences with this place. I tried to get in to see them in October of last year and was told I needed a referral from my doctor. So I made an appointment and got the referral. A week went by and the OB office called and said "we have a referral for you let's make an appointment. The soonest we can see you is January." Fast forward to my appointment. They tell me my referral is expired and I have to sign a form to say I will pay for the visit. Then miss Jerri S. RN decided to go above and beyond rude. She asked why I was upset with this and when I started to tell her about it she proceeds to completely ignore me and tell me it's because I'm mad... "yes ma'am I am. You even asked me why I was so I dont understand why you're being rude". My appointment from there was so uncomfortable. The woman was so rude the whole time she was doing my appointment. I could hear her and the other nurse making crude comments at the nurses station while I waited. Terribly unproffessional.

After a week of calling Billings clinic about my bill( a month after my service was provided) over and over and over again every 2 hours, and no one getting back to me, I called Bozeman health to see if they could help me, and my bill had been sent to collections. This with no phone call, no returned calls, no mail or email sent to me. The collections agency was far better, much easier, and much more courteous to work with that the hospital or the billings clinic. From now on, I will be finding a private OB to go to. This was a ridiculous nightmare, only soothed by the professional nature of the CREDIT AGENCY. I hope they see this and they know that I was more satisfied with a CREDIT AGENCIES services than theirs. I was a customer who had the means to pay my bill, and WANTED to pay my bill, and now I have nothing good to say about them and will not be returning.

My wife and I both have received outstanding care from several of the doctors on the team. They have always been so kind, personable, vigilant, and professional. The staff at the clinic is always on the ball too! We'll be seeing the doctors at this clinic for as long as we live close enough to the hospital to go!

When I first got pregnant, I started out with Dr. Bradford. Dr. Bradford was kind, informative, and attentive. However, I ultimately decided I wanted a female doctor and ended up seeing Dr. Atilano. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing my experience with Dr. Atilano was. From the very first appointment I had with her, I felt extremely comfortable. I feel that she went above and beyond to ensure I had the best care and resources during my pregnancy. I was very disappointed when my daughter came early and I wasn't able to have Dr. Atilano deliver. Dr. Atilano is extremely compassionate, to the point, and very experienced. She does not hesitate to take actions to ensure the well-being of her patients. I also dealt with Dr. Haugen, Dr. Korten, and Dr. Yarger. Dr. Haugen and Dr. Korten were very helpful the few times I saw them. Dr. Yarger ended up being my delivering OB, and that was the only negative part about the birthing experience. I did not feel she respected my boundaries or my birth plan, and she spoke to me in a condescending manner during my labor. Aside from my negative experience with Dr. Yarger, overall the experience with Bozeman OB/GYN has been fantastic. The front desk ladies are wonderful, and all the nurses I dealt with are great, especially Susan.
