After many visits over the last few years, I am THRILLED with the service and expertise offered by the staff in this clinic. Every time that I have seen Bobbi, PA-C I feel as though all of my questions are answered thoughtfully and all of my concerns are addressed. Nothing is missed. She is also wonderful at presenting options and considering my input when making decisions. Brittani too is incredibly talented, and somehow always knows the right products for my skin type. She has helped me find products more suitable for my skin than anything I have ever tried before- and I have tried a lot! The staff at BSD has helped me achieve better skin than I have had in 15+ years. Definitely recommend!

I have to express how disappointed and quite frankly angry I feel right now. I was told my appointment was at 8:30a when I scheduled the appointment. I arrived in the office at 8:25a and was told by the receptionist that I was supposed to show up at 8:15a to do paperwork. They refused to see me and stated that I would have to reschedule my appointment. I'm pretty sure I could have completed the paperwork in 5 minutes and still seen the doctor by 8:30a. I understand keeping to a schedule but I feel this was excessive, especially since there was no one else in the waiting area. If the paperwork is so extensive that it takes longer than 10-15 minutes to complete, perhaps they should offer the ability to complete the paper prior to the office visit. Many clinics have begun offering this service online. Additionally, the receptionist was very curt from the moment I entered the office and seemed put off by my apparent blatant disregard for their schedule. I will not be rescheduling my appointment or any future appointments with this business. A lot has changed in customer service since the last time I visited this clinic, though that was around 6 years ago and much can change in that span of time.

Loved it! The Doctor found problems that other doctors didn't even know I had. She sent me to a specialist and my problem was resolved! My internist could not believe that a Dermatologist found the problem that I was having for over a year!

Absolutely do not support this horrendous company. They told my wife that she wouldn't owe anything after her appointment, then proceeded to send her a bill for $5 afterwards and when confronted about it, they defended their actions (meaning, their lie) and several days later, we found out they sent us to collections, seemingly right after we talked to them regarding the charge we were told wouldn't be applicable. They don't hold to their word. No company who acts like this, especially over five freaking dollars, is worth the time.

Billing department screwed me over by first letting me know that insurance covered the entire bill, then proceeded to wait for 90 days before first reaching out to me about the bill that (turns out) was not processed by my insurance. Then once I made two attempts to pay using the online portal the system crashed. They also have been extremely poor at answering their phones...makes it really difficult to want to pay a company that can't function properly. My suggestion.....go anywhere else.

Super friendly and always are able to get in. Having a previous skin cancer diagnosis it is so important. They even contact and verify my insurance coverage for procedures prior to my appointment!!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. I went to BSD Only because Max works there. I had an appt 9am this morning and I am writing this review as I sit here in the waiting area at 10:01 am. I have not seen the Dr yet but I have heard about how fat some there patients are. That the 2 front desk ladies are gossiping about. I have heard about chem peels etc. I also got to see the gentelmen with a 9:45 appt get in to see a Dr before me. What I haven't heard is why its taking so long to see the Dr. Nor have I received an apology about the terrible customer service or the terrible lack of communication. I strongly urge anyone reading this to find a different dermatologist. I just walked out @10:06 and no one even noticed. They didn't notice because they were all huddled up gossiping and not taking care of their patients.

I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next morning. The lady who scheduled me was extremely kind. I saw Bobbi, the PA - she was AWESOME. She took the time to hear my story, listen to my concerns, and discussed in depth with me the treatment options available. Very good experience and I am confident moving forward.

I arrived for my first appointment 20 minutes early to fill out the paperwork, and waited 50 minutes past my appointment before I was seen. Bobbi was professional and seemed apologetic for my wait time, so I decided to give them another chance, that was my first mistake. On my recent and final visit I was overcharged, and when I spoke to the office manager, Andy, about the charge, I was greeted with such disrespect that I cannot even begin to express the unpleasantness that I received from this guy. There are so many colorful words that I would like to share in describing this manager, but somehow I think you've experienced someone like this in your dealings with people in positions who have no business being there. If you need to resolve an issue with this office, you will probably find out like me that your blood pressure will go off the charts. If I can help just one person by avoiding this office, this post will be worth my time. This is the second time in my life I have left a review, but only the first time I felt compelled to leave a low rating review for a provider.

I came in for treatments for my extensive acne scarring, and they were very friendly and personable here. I did the fraxel laser treatment several times and now that some time has passed I see that it did little to improve my skin. The laser they used was not strong enough to treat my type of scarring. I wish they would have been more honest with me instead of seeing dollar signs. I wasted a lot of time and money when I could have been doing more appropriate treatments.
