I feel like they dont sit down and explain things to you. My dr before was amazing he really seemed to care about you. Ssm is just rush rush rush all the time. I never fully get the care I need. Like they are trying to make a quota for how many people they can get in on one day.

I have personally going to Ssm since I was a baby. & I still do. I recently had a doctors appointment & brought my 2 year old daughter with me. And family medicine is down by the pediatrics. So we sit down there. & it’s just weird to me that they don’t have any type of kid show playing or the toys aren’t even updated orThey’re broken. & my daughter actually goes to the new Ssm in Saint Charles ‘ I was thinking about switching her but now I’m kind of worried.
