If it could be zero i would. Dr. Denise was doing a pap smear on me when she decided it was a good idea to look up from doing the procedure and ask me, "so what's up with your weight?". Soooooo unprofessional. Dr. Patel is great though.

Cannot reach them. Been calling for over an hour before close and voicemail everytime. Everything goes through the receptionist who has very little sympathy for patients concerned about thier health. Being treated with an annoyed tone when I am requesting to speak to my own doctor. One person tells me one thing and the receptionist has no idea. Please communicate with eachother when it involves others health. Asking for human decency. They gave the lab assistant trying to call me the wrong phone number.

I was employed here for less than 90 days and because I was black that felt that I did not fit in. It is so sad that RACISM STILL EXIST TODAY. THERE IS NOT 1 BLACK FACE WHEN YOU WALK INTO THAT OFFICE AND THEY WANT TO KEEP IT THAT WAY.

My OB-GYN retired and didn't notify his patients. I was due for my annual exam and gave them a call. They scheduled my appointment in great timing, along with a great experience. Dr. Jaeger and the staff I encountered were great.

The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They are all over the place and unorganized. I did not know it was possible to make so many mistakes in the 2 weeks that I had to visit that office.
