Had my first appointment on the 13th dr is great as well as staff..but the reason why it's rated so low is because already they lost my file ...After I called and left a voice mail for her nurse ..I felt she was rude ...I gave them my order form for another clinic and they said they never received it but I handed it directly to them while my husband was with me ...i have had problems with mercy branch period and if it's not one thing it's another with them ...again love the dr and staff but they need to get it together especially paper work and order forms for file stored ...

Need to get there phone fixed. Rings 4 times then hangs up. Had my first 2 children with this facility, now I'm pregnant with my third. Trying to make an appointment, but can't seem to get through.

Had an appointment for tomorrow. Thought I had to cancel due to work schedule conflicts. Thought I was doing the right thing by canceling since I couldn’t make it. Canceled at 0850, work schedule got changed, called back to re-aquire appt at 0920. Was told it had been given to someone on the wait list already and there was nothing they could do. I waited for 3 weeks to get this appointment... not happy at all.

I went to the Ob/Gyn with some serious concerns. the NP (Bergman) was dismissive, saying that "my symptoms are normal", while in the same breath, telling me I needed a prescription medication to control my symptoms. After telling her I did not want to take that medicine, and giving a valid reason, I was told "there's nothing else we can do for you". There were no lab tests done, no screenings, nothing. I felt like I was talking to a pharmaceutical sales person, not a health care provider. An MD came in, but didn't do anything. Except run the bill up, I'm sure. I went elsewhere to get a second opinion (since I'm sticking with my gut and not just taking the prescription to mask the symptoms). I wanted to find out the cause of my health symptoms, not just cover it up. Unfortunately the "health care professionals" at Mercy wouldn't do that. ........ When I went to another clinic (not related to Mercy or Cox btw), they actually listened, and right away they wanted to run some blood tests.

Dr. Wolf is one of the best doctors I've ever know. She was so amazing when I went to have my son. She listened to all my concerns no questions asked. I would recommend her
