I have been a patient of Mercy women’s health for several years, and have had very positive experiences- even seeing multiple doctors/NPs over time. I unfortunately had a very negative experience today with the RN @ Butler Hill. I called in regarding an issue that was worrisome to me and was treated like an inconvenience.
