I have been coming here for 7 years now from having children to yearly check-ups. The doctors and staff take time to listen to what you say and take their time with your care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Lemberger saved me and my son's life during labor and without her fast thinking we both wouldn't be here.

I got pregnant last November & saw Dr. Moreno, went to all of my appointments. I went in for the blood test to find out the sex they told me there were too many chromosomes where they couldn’t read if it was a boy or a girl she told me I had absolutely nothing to worry about & that it probably just meant I had twins. She then sent me to a specialist and when I got there they did a sonogram and they told me that there was nothing there & that it absorbed in my lining. I went back to Moreno at center point & she didn’t even check herself and just gave me pills and next thing i know I’m in the worst pain of my life and my baby is laying in my hands. It was the most awful and confusing thing I’ve ever been through. I called her for weeks and weeks and she would never talk to me. I finally went back to her because I bled for 2 months after everything which isnt normal at all and she told me and my boyfriend that we were seeing stuff because we wanted it to be true. Just wasn’t a good experience at all and I will never step foot again in centerpoint & I pray I never see that awful woman again.

No issues with the receptionist. :) First time I went in 2012 a doc tried to pressure me into getting that bogus Gardasil vaccination (I'm not anti-vaxx, I just hold zero trust in that particular vaccine) and acted like I, then an 18 year old shut in, was irresponsible for not wanting it. Scared me a bit. Then I visited last year because my doctor sent me there, I had an eerie feeling I knew the lady. It was confirmed when she made a really good "YIKES" face at my birth control method... condoms. I wasn't even there for anything related to pregnancy. I was prepared for the question, as it's pretty standard, but not the reaction. She probably means well?? But here's a heads up, anyway. You might feel like you're visiting that one Aunt that cares about you, but thinks your mom didn't raise you right.

I have been a patient here for 15 years! First with Dr Lemberger during my pregnancy, but now I see Debra Sims and have for the last 10 years. She is wonderful! She is a wealth of knowledge and I can talk comfortably with her about anything. She listens, she cares, she’s gives advice and most importantly helps me understand my body. All women are different! I have and will refer her and IWC to any woman I know!

I love everything about this doctor's office. The front desk ladies are so nice, and helpful. The nurses are great to speak with, and I have seen a couple doctor's aside from my "normal" OBGYN. I always have felt welcomed here. Never felt rushed out of an appointment. I have also never experienced any sort of long wait before an appointment or during the time from the nurse seeing me to the doctor. I would highly recommend this doctor's office.

Been pestered for years about getting Guardasil, finally caved & got it because they acted like it was medically necessary. Got it done, & come to find out they didnt check if it was covered by insurance & I got a bill for $340...for one shot! I googled the price of the shot & it is $130-$170, so they are at least charging me double! & this is a 3 shot thing, so it would end up costing over $1,000 out of pocket! Said the best they could do is lower the price to $316! What a joke!

I am currently pregnant with my first child. I went to IWC as a young woman and was always happy with them, but after moving to KS and then NY, I obviously could not see them. I got pregnant while living in NY and moved back to MO shortly after. Since KU Medical Center was the last place I’d see an OBGYN, I just continued my prenatal care with them. Anyway, after 22 weeks and several complications I decided to switch to IWC at the recommendation of many friends and family - and I am so glad that I did!! Dr. Hall took me on, even though my pregnancy came with complications and I was more than halfway through. They have been nothing but accommodating when I have had questions or concerns, and you always get to talk to a nurse when you call, an issue I had experienced with my care at KU. I am so so happy I made the switch.

I have had two children with this clinic and am currently being taken care of for my third. Dr. Gutknecht has seen me every time and is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and always willing to answer anything and go above and beyond. The nurses are very warm and personable as well! Everything is done right in the clinic besides blood work which is down the hall so its extremely convenient! I recommend everyone I know here. It's simply just a good place!

I have had 2 of my 3 little ones through doctors here. I never had any issues until recently. I LOVE the doctors, however, most recently I went in for an ultrasound for pain and was looked at for maybe 3 minutes and didn't receive any information from anyone. She was rushing me through and every bit of annoyed that I was there in the first place. She said she didn't see anything, although I wasn't offered to empty my bladder to see anything. Here I am days later in pain with no answers and the doctors office wouldn't even perform any lab work to see why.

They almost killed me and my unborn child due to medical neglience. I will never go to this practice again let alone CenterPoint E.R. those OB Docs in this practice are not on the same page, reckless with medical advice and refuse to listen to a woman telling them her health problems or complication. I had to change OB at 6.5. Months because they told me I wasnt in labor and I was. Three times they sent me away and baby almost died I turned them into the hospital and they swept it under the rug

I seen Lindsey Hartley here, and she is phenomenal. The only reason I have to change is due to insurance. And I am torn. She listened to me, and helped me figure out what I needed to. Made me feel at ease and understand everything I needed to! She’s great an I would recommend her over and over!

Dr Lemberger delivered my son 13 years ago. The hospital was packed and they needed beds, so since he was my third child, I was asked if I could leave early. I wanted to have the circumcision done before we left the hospital, but I was told it would be no problem to do it in the office. Turns out, the insurance wouldn't pay for a circumcision in the office and I still have an outstanding balance with them and have been refused to bed seen because of it. It should've been written off.

the staff were very rude when I scheduled to get an implanon implant removed and stated I go to planned parent hood. I think it was racial and very low class. No professionalism was found here. I wouldn't recommend this clinic and definitely not the implanon they told me it's not a priority to have it removed because it was not important

I arrived to my appointment and told I had a balance that had to be paid that day to be seen. Keep in mind it was only $18.00 But am a single mother and didn't get paid till Friday. I asked if I could pay it Friday. Even said I would leave my card number for them to run. They turned me away and the office manager Jaime was dude and didn't care. Its $18.00 that I was not notified prior to the visit was due. I turned down overtime at work to make this visit. So am out 4 hours of over time. For $18.00 that I didn't know I owed because they couldn't wait till Friday for me to pay it. So I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. And they lost my business and money my insurance would have paid for the visit they turned me down because of $18.00.

My wife delivered our baby girl at Centerpoint Medical Center (my wife is a longtime patient of Dr. Ash - a truly extraordinary doctor, not to mention a wonderful person) after 36 hours of labor and a C-section. Overall, the nursing staff was outstanding in their support and education. They truly went above and beyond to assure the highest level of care possible and my wife and I are exceptionally grateful. A special thank you to Jennie, Heather, Janet, Angela, Elena, Althera and Christen (ask her about her famous modified DUDU wrap). Love you gals!

This has been an amazing experience with both my children. I would not have wanted to go to anywhere else. Dr. Hall is funny and open to all questions. ALWAYS got in on time and if I went early 9 out of 10 times I was in within 5 minutes! Don't have enough great things to say about this place!!!

I give the doctors and nurses five stars, as for the receptionist not so much. They're the first ones you talk to on the phone or see when you walk in and the attitude received is not necessary.
