Doctor Nolan is excellent. His manner was very good. His knowledge is near expert. He took care of me and he accepted my insurance with no problem. Just went back to them and I got new hearing aids. And wow what a difference. I had gotten an IJoy 10 previously and it was good but somehow i lost it last year. This year I replaced my hearing aid with a brand new pair of stiletto hearing aids. They are very bluetooth compatible with my phone the only negative about that is I had to switch from an android phone to an iPhone

The receptionist was awesome. Very compassionate and caring about my needs. The audiologist not so much.... Needs to take a class or two on customer service. All he was concerned about was selling me a new hearing aide. Not fixing the one I have cuz it was 9 years old. Put the wrong ear bud on and did not even adjust it to me. Causing a sore in my ear for weeks.

Christen is very welvoming and knowledgeable. Dr Allgauer is very thorough and professional, competent and friendly. I was a new patient to this office. They already had my records from my previous Hear USA office. Their office and equipment seem new. Everything is very clean. Easy to park in this shopping center on Manchester. Dr. Allgauer went over all the forms I filled out in detail, and listened to everything I said and made some notes. She is patient and genuinely kind, and very deft at cleaning your ear canal with a kind of vacuum. Seems a very competent audiologist happy to explain everything to me in detail. I would highly recommend this office.

Went here. They do not return calls, the audiologist was never available. My daughter paid $2500 for my hearing aid which does not fit, comes out of my ear! Disgraceful!!

This is and excellent place to have your hearing tested. The service is quite fast and always friendly. They have the latest in hearing technology. The Audiologists are top notch and very friendly. Often explain everything to you and teach you how to work your device correctly. They even give you extra batteries to start you off, as well a storage for your hearing aids. The quite atmosphere greet you with a coffee machine with various flavors to choose from all for free and a little Kosher snack crackers.

I was going to get hearing aids from this HearUSA location and you have to wait about two weeks for confirmation if you're going through an insurance company like I was, no big deal. What was a big deal was finding out that I had been denied a week before my appointment and this lazy woman behind it all (named Angela Damron) couldn't be bothered to call me and cancel. I even called 2 days in advance to make sure I was approved to get them and she still sent me to her office. I mean I took off of work for this. Now I'm going to Akron U audiology where they don't believe in wasting your time and don't make unneccesary appointments.

I have met an extraordinarily wonderful audiologist (Dr. Allyson Stitch who first took great care of my mother before I as well needed her service) at HearUSA in IL, and was wondering whether the great services would continue now I live in VA. The office visit this morning was quite assuring! Dr Liz Lucius not only was able to download/transfer the previous history and serviced my aids, but also ordered the special equipment that will be required for my hearing aid adjustment for the forthcoming annual visit. This all made me felt that I continued to be in good hands! Many thanks!
