A quick check-in and then given the opportunity to add information to my record which I may have missed when creating my profile on the patient portal. The wait time was very short, with only enough time to exchange some quick texts with friends. Dr. Fieleke was quite thorough and personable. I was headed out of the country, and I needed a dermatologist, last minute, on a Friday. I was referred to Dr. Fieleke by another trusted dermatologist in the area. Dr. Fieleke's staff was prompt, courteous, and accommodating. After calling first thing in the morning, Dr. Fieleke agreed to see me, and fit me in that morning. When I arrived, I found his office was modern and full of patients. However, I watched them call patients into their appointments at a regular interval. I didn't have to wait long, and I completed my check in documentation on one of their ipads. Once I was shown back to my treatment room, I only had to wait about 5 minutes for the doctor. He was professional and friendly, and quickly diagnosed and treated me. It was a great experience. If first impressions are the most important, the Cornerstone Team made a great first impression. I will be back!

The scheduler I dealt with seemed to go out of her way to help me get an earlier appointment after my skin issue started going out of control. As we were taking she just happened to refresh her screen and noticed an opening popped up so I took it for that same day instead of waiting 17 days for my original appointment. Cornerstone is in a beautiful new location. The office staff is very friendly. Dr. Fiekele is fantastic - very knowledgeable and kind. He listens well and gives thorough information. He was patient and worked gently with my 4 year old. I wouldn't hesitate to take my kids back or see him for my own dermatological needs.

There are a couple of different kinds of doctors out there - the "I'm in charge so do what I say" and "we're in this together, let's figure out a plan." Dr. Fieleke is the "we're in this together" doctor. He gives you treatment options, explains the pros and cons of each option, then lets YOU decide. You always feel valued and heard, never talked down to or belittled. Everyone we've met at Cornerstone is wonderful! They are polite, helpful, kind, intelligent, organized...the list goes on. Check-in was a breeze, using an iPad to fill out HIPA and medical information. It speeds this up if you fill out your medical history on their website beforehand. Waiting room time was minimal and escorted in close to scheduled appointment time. Nurse and doctor were professional, friendly, and patient with questions. My appointment was for entire body check for problems. He found a couple things and was able to address them immediately by freezing them - no referrals or follow-up to take care of them - did it right on the spot. I'd recommend this medical practice very highly for anyone with dermatological issues or concerns.
