Was just there tonight, mom my has a broken foot, we sat there for 4hrs before she got her x-ray. x-ray tech told her she would not get a room, the dr. will look at the x-ray and let you know. sat there another hr asked the front desk what was going on with my mom. she had another lady tell me that it doesn't matter how long you sit here, it goes by the severity of the injury!!! and that is left up to the nursing stuff!!!! so okay, and they was very rude and disrespectful, so i became the same. and not only did my mom sit there but so did a lot of other patients!!!! in the time we sat there we watched several people walk out and several people went back but we still sat in the waiting area!!! oh and one staff member even had time to have a family visit with her children and spouse!!!! really people you are there for one reason and one reason only to do your job; which is taking care of your patients!!!! not chatting well you have 20 people in the waiting room in pain!!!! I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER LOVED ONE BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL AND MY ADVISE FOR EVERYONE THAT READS THIS THE SAME!!!!! Thanks a lot Bothwell Staff YOU SUCK!!!!!

Bothwell Ob-Gyn offers great services for women. You are never uncomfortable, nurses and doctors are amazing and make sure your mind is content before you leave. You can go or call to ask questions at anytime.

Really irritated because I was told if I showed up early this morning for my appointment there would be a possibility of me getting into my appointment early. So I checked in twenty minutes early before my 9:40 appointment, but then sat there for an hour after my appointment time. The desk clerk was rude and said that Dr. Swartz would be in soon, but then I heard rumors that they wouldn’t be seeing patients till 11. Why schedule an appointment at 9:40 and tell me I can come in early if a doctor won’t see me till 11? Overall very irritated and will be finding a new doctor elsewhere.
