Just tried calling for an appointment. Spent 20 minutes providing all my personal insurance data; for receptionist to tell me I could not see the doctor in South County as she was not accepting new patients; but would need to go to her Forest Park office. I live 5 minutes from South County office. This is nonsense. Then when I agreed; she told me she could not see me until January. Nope.

If it were possible, I would give this Doctor a negative score....her business practices are very poor. I called the first of March and made a new patient appointment for my husband...having to wait 3 months to get in....then when June arrived the office called and asked to reschedule the appointment....the doctor was not going to be in the office that day....rescheduled for July 6....The end of June we get a letter in the mail stating that the appointment needed to be rescheduled again....when I called they wanted to reschedule to another office further away....the doctor decided a week earlier not to take anymore patients at the South County office....even though we had been scheduled twice, months earlier.....how can there all of a sudden be no time for an appointment that was previously scheduled twice months before?....not very considerate of people ...or their health needs and time ....very poor practices.

Dr. Chibnall is has helped me through a number of complicated medical conditions. I've recommended her to a number of my friends who have also had excellent experiences with her. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Dr. Chibnall and her staff are amazing! They do whatever they can to get my daughter in. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a warm response! My daughters health and well being is top priority for her and her staff. Phone calls are always returned in a timely manor as well. As someone who has had chronic, sometimes debilitating, eczema my entire life I have been to at least 30 different dermatologists. In my experience about 90% of them were not interested in treating eczema and would write a rx for steroids and try to end the appointment as soon as possible. With the exception of one or two other dermatologists throughout my life, Dr. Chibnall has been the most interested, understanding, and invested Dermatologist I have seen. She has been willing to go beyond conventional treatments and try options that others have not been willing to try. After 6 months with her and multiple different treatment options I now have the clearest skin I have had in over 10 years. Thank you Dr. Chibnall for make a difference in my life.

My son went in for his initial visit , we were sent the bill, and paid it. The doctor was actually in the room for less than 15 minutes. Before his follow up visit my husband called to verify that there would not be any bill, he was told no, we asked because he was healing up great and we did not need for someone to tell us the same thing and then charge us. My husband went with my son to the follow up and they did nothing. We did not find out until we received the bill. I called the number on the bill for over 9 months for someone to figure this out. Finally told by billing for me to call the office because they were not getting a response. I was told that they did do something to my son and exactly how long it took and what they used. Which is a huge lie! So they are getting money from my insurance company and us. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

This office was awesome! I called about an unknown spot on my skin and got in the same day for her to look at it and even did the procedure that day! Not only is the facility nice, but the staff are exceptionally friendly. They made me feel very welcome and Dr. Chibnall was fantastic! She was very friendly and thorough, and the procedure was quick! She explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure going on. I would recommend Dr. Chibnall to anyone!
