Seemed as though they had inadequate facilities and staffing. Took off work for an ultrasound appointment- instead spent 2 hours getting sales pitches about dna tests and such, then told the ultrasound tech was overbooked and we’d have to come back (I’ll now have to miss the ultrasound for work). Going here just added to our stress in an already stressful time (first time parents).

I have been a patient of Dr. Kodner for 8 years and highly recommend. She just delivered our first blessing and made our long labor experience seamless. The practice overall is very professional and everyone is friendly. Most importantly great care.

I sent my medical records from county health so I could schedule a prenatal appointment with the doctor. After one week of not hearing back, I called to check on the progress. The secretary told me that the Doctor had not reviewed my medical records yet and that it was up to the doctor to decide whether she was going to accept me as a new patient or not based on my medical records. FYI, I had no medical complication whatsoever and felt this was some kind of prejudice being a woman of color. For that reason, I do not recommend.

I love this place. I've been coming here for over three years for all my women's wellness exams, and now I'm pregnant. Dr. Senciboy is the best and I'm so excited to be having my baby with her as my doctor. Every staff member I've encountered is friendly, caring, and helpful, and that includes the ultrasound technicians, the nurses, the nurse practicioners, receptionists, and the woman who draws my blood. I couldn't ask for a a better team of women.

I would give a zero if I could. My wife has had issues for almost a year now and they could care less. She was recently in the ER with a low hemoglobin count and in extreme pain and they actually recommended to the ER that she be released and to just come in the next week. All they do is give her birth control to "solve" her issues then show her the door. The nurses and receptionists are complete nitwits too, it took them three whole days to even tell my wife that they couldn't do the surgery due to insurance when she desperately needs it. I could go on and on, it has been a nightmare dealing with this group. Go somewhere else if you want your health taken seriously.

I have been going to Balanced Care for women for over 10 years and have had nothing but amazing experiences. Dr. Baalmann is the absolute best doctor I have ever been too. She delivered all three of my children and has helped point me in the right direction with other health issues. She takes the time to talk with me and actually listens and cares! Every other doctor, nurse, ultrasound tech and receptionist in the office have always been friendly, helpful and so caring. All of them know my children's names and ask to see pictures anytime I'm in the office. Highly recommend Balanced Care for Women!

I am writing this review to encourage any reader to make a OBGYN appointment with Dr. Donna N. Senciboy. She not only extremely knowledgeable she is also very personable. I have been a patient for over 5 years. Never once have a felt uncomfortable in this office. The administrative staff is friendly, answering questions and easily changing appointment times if needed. This review is written with the best intentions to help other women choose a wonderfully helpful and professional OBGYN.

Dr. Senciboy was awesome my entire pregnancy and delivery i loved how she grew that rapport with us she remembered everything new and my boyfriend ever told her she gave me a peace of mind like no other which made me trust her !!!!! I love the entire staff there down to the receptionist every visit they always greeted me and helped me get all the answers to any questions i had. I also thank her for breaking my daughters cord from around her neck without me knowing during delivery!!!!! She is truly a blessing and one of the most kind and beautiful ppl i ever come in contact with

I was just in there yesterday to get refills which they said i could get at this appointment and i asked twice before paying $147 for the appointment, i wouldn't have if they said no. They were late and changed My nurse and time last minute. They apparently changed my appointment type and cost without asking or informing me or getting my consent because they asked if my periods were irregular which they are because i have pcos/pmdd which is what they've known for all the time I've been going - they tell me this as I'm leaving and that they'll bill me even though they know they don't take my insurance. Which is highly manipulative and inappropriate. They then told me i had to get blood work, then at billing suddenly wanted an ultrasound too. I told them i refuse the ultrasound because we just did this last year and it was fine as usual. They then tell me they won't give me my med i specifically came in for unless i agree to do both unnecessary tests and only after i come back in two weeks. I was in such shock at this absolute disrespect and disregard and manipulation and lack of communication before trying to charge me out the butt for tests i don't need and a type of appointment that i didn't agree to that i left in silence, which i regret and why i leave this review. Never go here. I will be fighting the bill they send. Absolutely unethical and irresponsible. All they care about is money. Sorry not sorry, i will not be back.

I’ve been going here for a little over 2 years and I really like this place. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Baalmann is awesome! She delivered my second child and made me feel comfortable each time I saw her. She even sat in my delivery room and waited while I fully dilated (About 30mins). This was a completely different and better experience than my first pregnancy! Dr. B takes time to explain things, even draws pictures (lol), to help put your mind at ease. I am a woman of color and have never felt discriminated against or felt I was being mistreated in any way since I have been a patient!

Dr. Senciboy is great. She takes her time to talk with me. I deal with some trauma and PTSD stuff which makes it really difficult to even get to the dr, let alone actually be examined, but she has made it a little more manageable. She is patient and compassionate, and great at helping me get the care I need. Definitely recommend this practice.

Nurse Diane is THEE BEST! The office staff is not competent and doesn't communicate well. I was billed incorrectly and I have to keep calling different people to follow up. Who can you complain to when even the office manager does not respond? The rest are just following the leader.

It seems as if they prefer a certain demographic that I definitely don't fit in. I had issues with a missing wallet and the lady at the front desk was not very nice (actually she wasn't super friendly when I first walked in either). A lady walked in after me and was greeted by the other lady at the front enthusiastically, but I guess she was the right color. I sorted out my information even with my missing wallet and got it all sent to my phone, but I decided that this place can't have my business or my money. I only came here because of a recommendation from a colleague, but I guess she wasn't aware that it's clearly hit or miss around here. I'm extremely frustrated! She could have attempted to work with me, but she couldn't have cared less. So, maybe the doctors are ok, I don't know and I never will.
