Had to fight a traffic accident to get there, was a few minutes late, sat there for 30 minutes after signing in before being told to reschedule because they no longer give a 15 minute grace period to arrive. Would have been nice to know beforehand the rules changes, especially when driving from another city to get here. Highly disappointed in their service today. We cannot adhere to rule changes if we're unaware of the change.
