I’ve been going here for years, it was OK to begin with but over the years it’s gotten Really unprofessional, the desk girls are extremely rude IF they answer the phone they’re attitude is as if you’re inconveniencing them. I don’t have the “nobody there cares” attitude. Because I don’t need anyone to care, though what I would love to see is the staff doing the job they have,, correctly. However I’m no longer a returning patient. Ive found that bigger city’s with more options tend to have better doctors/ service and reviews. I can only suggest this to anyone seeking PROFESSIONAL attitudes and environment—- find somewhere better.

When my normal OBGYN moved away, I chose Women's Health Center because it was in the same town I live in and still has doctors or nurse practitioners that deliver babies regularly. Now that I am 20 weeks into my pregnancy I have had to deal with this office improperly running my insurance, handing me "false" payment documents that do not match what my insurance provides for pregnant women, disregard of my preferential pharmacy (which led to price gauging at "their" preferential pharmacy), a cancelled high risk GD appointment with no call, text, or email informing me that it was canceled, no reschedule of this high risk GD appointment, a doctor that runs out without answering questions, and a rude, unprofessional staff handling my entire time at the office. What was supposed to be one of the happiest and exciting times of my life turned into a literal nightmare. When choosing an OBGYN (especially an OB if you are planning to get pregnant) be sure to ask the community why they did or did not choose a particular doctors office to save you from the high stress and anxiety that I have suffered during my first two trimesters at the hands of this staff.

I absolutely love this clinic. I've tried others and always leave with more questions than answers. Here the staff is amazing and my doctor makes sure that I am completely taken care of and understand what's going on.
