I have never had to ask him to explain things because he takes into consideration that you’re not a medical professional when he explains things. Dr. Goldstein and his nurse are the most caring and gentle people I ever met at the Jackson clinic.They wasn't judgemental about the situations I was having concerning my health.My first time visiting was yesterday and I love being there. Dr. Goldstein and his nurse did not make me feel uncomfortable they were very understanding. I've been to two gynecologist before and they were mean towards me taking my concerns as a joke and their nurses was no better asking me questions that did not have anything to do with what I was talking about. I even overheard one of the gynecologist I been to telling their front desk staff about something that I told the Dr about which was confidential. I had given up until I met Dr. Goldstein and his nurse yesterday I will recommend this clinic to everyone!!!!!

I honestly was SHOOK at how amazing this clinic is. Dr. Johnson really and truly cares. She listens to everything you have to say and makes notes, goes in dept with your concerns and finds out the best treatment plan. I can not thank her enough for listening and treating me like an actual person. We also can't forget the nurses! I have an extreme phobia of hypodermic needles. The nurse who drew my blood was an older lady and I honestly wish she was my adoptive grandmother. She called me baby, let me lie me down and talked me though the blood drawing process and told me to take my time calming down and don't rush. I WAS SHOOK I SAY. I have never been treated with such care in my ENTIRE life. If I could give 1000 stars, I would.

She is like talking to a friend instead of a Dr. My first son was delivered by another Dr at another hospital and the experience wasn't good. I honestly was SHOOK at how amazing this clinic is. Dr. Johnson really and truly cares. She listens to everything you have to say and makes notes, goes in dept with your concerns and finds out the best treatment plan. I can not thank her enough for listening and treating me like an actual person. We also can't forget the nurses! I have an extreme phobia of hypodermic needles. The nurse who drew my blood was an older lady and I honestly wish she was my adoptive grandmother. She called me baby, let me lie me down and talked me though the blood drawing process and told me to take my time calming down and don't rush. I WAS SHOOK I SAY. I think this is what we look for in a doctor when it comes to the care of our lady parts, at least I do. Also, never had a mammogram before and heard all the horror stories about how painful it can be. I had to set my fear aside because it was time. I was so happy that it turned out to be pain free. TWC is a professional, organized and timely clinic. The staff is always friendly. The decor is beautiful and calming. There are little extras like warm wipes for mammogram testing and usually 2 different deodorants. Most of all I love my doctor! He takes time to talk about what's happened since the last visit. He also tries to encompass the whole person. Though he's been my doc for a while I feel really comfortable asking him anything about my care and concerns.

For nine whole months, my wife and I saw Dr. Barry while we were expecting the arrival of our first son. However on the night before my wife was scheduled to be induced, she went into labor. While en route to the hospital, we called the doctors office and left a message. Within minutes Dr. Gebhart returned our call. He was on call and had already called the hospital to let them know to be expecting us. Once we arrived, my wife was promptly admitted and we received nothing but the best care for the next 2 days. Long story short, whether your doctor or the On call doctor delivers your baby, you are in the best hands! Dr. Barry is and was our first choice of course but Dr. Gebhart was incredible as well!

I was having some issues and after going to three different doctors in two different states and getting three different opinions/recommendations for treatment Dr. Wooley figured out what was wrong and put me on the right path to get it corrected. He's really knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I won't go to see another doctor now. The staff at this location is always amazing also. Super friendly and quick to return phone calls. I typically have a return phone call within 2 hours if it's within business hours, typically sooner. When I go in for my appointment they always see me on time, which is a huge plus because most offices make you wait well beyond your appointment time. Great place!

Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors treated me with the utmost respect. Dr Wiley was caring and answered all of my questions and was so sympathetic to what I was facing. Even the mammogram experience was pleasant and we know how those can be! Five stars definitely

The first time I went, everyone was really nice. But they are not prompt, they do not answer the phones. I'm pregnant and needed to schedule my appointment with my OBGYN. I'm new to jackson so I'm unfamiliar with everyone. No one answered the phone on business hours ok s Monday! I waited all weekend to make the appointment and they just aren't very helpful.

this clinic is excellent if you are like me and don't like wasting time. I go for my annual checkup and am able to get everything done in one visit. That includes my mammogram and bone density test.
