We love Dr. Harper!!!! She has been there for my children since they were both born (10 years now). She has gone above and beyond to get to know them and take time with them during appointments.I love the fact that during well visits she ask both of them the questions she has and allows them to answer her because let’s be honest parents like to give the expected answers and kids just tell all. Any time they have been sick she has always given them excellent care and there were times she ran extra test just to be on the safe side and for that i am very grateful!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and can always get my children an appointment on the day I need! Dr. Harper is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that my children are taken care of and that their medical needs are met to the fullest. She never lets a patient leave the office without information or handouts of things that were discussed in office. She is highly recommended by my family and also my extended family!

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. My child had an appointment here and she hasn't been in over a year. I had to beg to even get an appointment and I am a working mom so her grandfather took her. They turned him around because he was not on the "list" I said that is fine scan and email a new list to fill out. They told me that they couldn't do that I had to physically be there to fill out a new list. This is complete bull... This list needs to be mailed to parents yearly to be updated. My child will never go to this place again. The staff is very rude and unaccommodating. You take my payment over the phone but you can't scan and email me a document so that my sick child could be seen. What a mess.

We love Dr. Harper! So far we've been happy with her care (although for full disclosure, our kids haven't had any major health issues, so its been pretty routine care). However, where she has shined from day one is her connection with our kids. She is amazing with both of them and interacts on their level, getting them to open up and chat. Its awesome to watch. They both beg to go when the other has an appointment so they can see her.

Dr. Harper is an excellent pediatrician. That being said, her front office staff are rude, condescending, and oftentimes have an attitude. Appointments, whether they are well or sick, are extremely hard to come by. In 2 and 1/2 years, my boys only had a well visit on time once. Most of their sick visits were at the emergency room because they didn’t have any in office sick visits available. I also read another review saying that the staff dismissed the patient because she was “cussing”. I also had the same experience and I didn’t cuss in the office or even in the hallway. What a coincidence?! I give Dr. Harper 5 stars. The rest of her staff I give a negative 5 stars to. I’ve had issues with the people at the reception area since we first started going. Especially the girl at the check in window. She belongs in a cubicle somewhere, not somewhere where she’s greeting people face-to-face. She should save het condescension for a stack of papers.

I love the pediatric center. Dr. Tamara Harper has the utmost amazing personality she is just wonderful with children and takes care of your every concern with your child. The staff is very professional and friendly. They really go above and beyond to meet your needs. I've been taking my oldest to her since the day she was born 5 years ago and now my 2nd. Dr. #TamaraHarper just refused to see my eight-year-old grandchild who has chest pains over an old balance of $100... which half of it was erroneous. Then when I called upset they terminated his case. They said I threatened them and cursed at them using the word "damn." When what I actually said if I come up there, the whole office is going to know that she just refused to see him over some policy and a hundred dollars! I said I wanted to talk to her, not a receptionist, to see if the good doctor really refused him cause I didn't believe it. Because what I do know is they do for who they want - they make exceptions. My grandson is scared to death because he knows something is wrong with his heart. I felt that since she had been seeing him since he was born, she could provide some comfort and reassurance to him, but NOOOOOOO. He was refused because of $100 old balance that was never discussed while making the appointment. Now, this is your doctor... the one you're so proud of
