I LOVE dr. Hamner & his staff! They were all so supportive of me wanting to breastfeed & having a birth plan! They returned my calls quickly if I wasn't able to speak with someone right then & were always so nice whenever they'd call to confirm appointments. The office is also very clean & organized!

The wait for ultrasound was too long. They scheduled everyone at the same time and couldn't see everyone. They asked me to come back after waiting for almost two hours.

Lou Brown was fabulous! As a 1st time patient, I was unsure what to expect. The staff was excellent in providing the initial care. But it was Dr Lou Brown who won me over with her calm demeanor, quick wit and knowledgeable medical care. She took time to listen to me and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this practice

Let me just say the office manager mrs.vicki is super nice she got me an appointment sooner than I was originally told so for this I had high hopes... Every time I’ve been there for an appointment(meaning it was scheduled) I’ve always waited more than 2hrs which is unacceptable. The staff doesn’t seem too pleasant either(my opinion). My issue with this clinic is I’ve waited 2wks for my results. I have called and left voice mails and still haven’t gotten them back this is Ridiculous!!!! The nurse told me last week we have them back we waiting for the doctor to review them we will call you Monday ok here it’s friday still haven’t heard.....

They wouldn't even see me until I was 8 weeks pregnant (which I didn't know exactly how far along I was. They estimated 6 weeks at the time of the call to set up an appointment). Come to find out after a trip to the emergency room that I was 10 weeks pregnant. I called them and told them I needed my appointment moved to an earlier date because I have now missed my first 8 week appointment and am currently 10 weeks. They couldn't get me in until the next week and then today, the day of my appointment, 4 hours before my appointment they call me and tell me that they no longer take my insurance at the clinic. Really? Now I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I have to start over after I am already behind. Thanks Southcrest.

Dr. Hamner is very supportive of my natural birth and my birth plan, including alternatives to pitocin/artificial induction and my non-traditional pain relief techniques. I love that all of my questions are answered thoroughly and with patience. The nurse practicioner, Lou Brown, is also very supportive and helpful. The entire staff is friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Hamner throughout my entire pregnancy and will deliver with him in a few weeks.
