my husband and I have been trying to have a baby for over a year now so we decided to get a check up! This was my first time coming here and it was truly amazing! The doctor that seen me was Dr. Garner and she was AMAZING! She sat and gave me ALL information that I needed, even a to-do list! The whole staff made sure that I was taken care of and was so nice!

Terrible front desk service. They can’t seem to schedule an appointment correctly to save their own jobs. Totally mischeduled my appointment and acted like it was an inconvenience to them that we were upset. To take time off work and then have to take an additional day off because of staff incompetence is unacceptable. This was our first appointment at the clinic and it was a really poor start to any future relationship.

They don't care like they use to. They don't listen to your needs nor how you're feeling. Only thing that matters is their opinion and what they think. They didn't use to be like this. I don't know what has happened but I'm not happy with them this pregnancy. I don't feel like they care and with me being a high risk patient, that's not good at all. If I could change to another OB in a different location, I surely would.

Today was supposed to a special day. Our visit here was a nightmare. They scheduled us for the date. Those working the front desk were agitated that we we provided the paperwork proving we were scheduled for the visit. The personalities and mild unprofessionalism that we experienced leaves me not wanting to return.
