From my personal experience
This would not the the best doctor to go to if you are a worrier like me and have had medical issues, or if you have any infant at all because there not allowed in the waiting room with you, Even the baby she delivered. She was my ob and delivered my 3rd c section baby , during my c section she basically told me i talked to much and with my last baby she was also my ob- that being said i knew something was not right with my pregnancy but all the test came back normal, but i wasn't gaining weight , my belly wasn't growing nor did she ever measure my stomach at ALL and i did mention it to her but she shrugged it off. i moved to Louisiana at 29 weeks pregnant and switched doctors by the time i went to the Ob in La i knew something wasn't right my belly still not growing and i just knew something was wrong and i mentioned all the things that had gone on at Dr. Trest office and he ran test and they did a measurement and ultrasound which i asked her to do before i ever moved well low and behold i was 35 weeks and baby and uterus was measuring 29 weeks, if she would of just listened to me and did test she would of known i had intrauterine growth restriction and the baby was not getting what it needed from me, she stopped growing at 29 weeks, He said i should of been seeing a maternal specialist with all the symptoms i had especially while under her care but i am not the DOCTOR only the mother. My baby was born very small and could of died from not getting what she needed and me never knowing i had this issue and her acting like i did not know something was wrong. After the baby was born i moved back to MS due to unfortunate circumstances and started bleeding heavily at 2 weeks pp, i rushed to the er and Doctor trest was the dr on call , she admitted me due to there being retained placenta left from c section was sent home on medication to make uterus contract well a week later still bleeding. i call the dr they said it should ease up. i go back to er because i was gushing blood and it was quite a traumatic experience. They tell me to go to her office. Well i sit and wait in the office for awhile and she comes to the front saying she cant see me if its an emergency go to er take in mind i just left er because they said i needed to see her because she prescribed me the medication. i go back a week later still bleeding heavy week 8 pp bleeding did not even slow down passing palm of hand blood clots , she sits me down in front of her and said the er said you came up there again and i told them to tell you unless your gushing and you cant get it to stop then you'll be okay , she told me apparently i didn't get whats she was saying and that unless it was a emergency don't go back and if it would ease my mind and it would make me quit coming up there and going to er that she would do a d&c whenever she got back from vacation..... I have never been so insulted. it was my life and i was bleeding for eight weeks straight bright red blood, and a lot of it, and considering i had placenta left in me , the other ob i see now asked why did not she do a d&c when i first went to make sure i did not bleed to death. anyways i hope yall's experience is better than mine.
