The Office Manager and the so called Scheduling Clerk are very rude, clueless, and arrogant. Each one telling a different story so you don't know who is lying. They seem to discriminate against people with certain insurances. They say they take insurances, but when you try to schedule an appointment it is a different story. Profiling patients when you don't want to be bothered speaks volumes. If they profile insurance, it would not surprise me if they profile by race. In this day and age, nothing has changed in Mississippi.

I love Dr. Gong, but the people in the front office are very rude! If it was not for me not for Dr. Gong and Cheri I would definitely find me another OB/GYN. 1 year later.. much has changed with the front office!!! I absolutely love it here and would recommend this OB/GYN to anyone! Many of my relatives have started coming here! and they love it as well

They have very poor customer service. I was referred to them by a doctor who has a very great reputation in the Madison area. First, everyone who answered my calls all seemed frustrated and hated their jobs, second I was not treated with respect, I was transferred 3 times and my appointment still was not scheduled. Last NO ONE was friendly or answered with a warm introduction. You all will not get any business from me! If you don't like your job find another one or retire!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tanners since they opened a few years ago and I cannot say how much I love her and all of the staff at the clinic! Everyone is always so kind and helpful - both on the phone and in person. Dr. Tanner always takes her time to discuss my health and is extremely thorough. So thankful to have them in our area.

This is the best OBGYN office and I would recommend it to anyone! The staff and nurses are so friendly. Dr. Mason is so sweet and truly takes her time to make sure she addresses any concerns. She also made me feel so comfortable and peaceful during my first visit! I would definitely recommend her to anyone, but especially younger women who are visiting an OBGYN or being examined for the first time - she is the best!

I love this clinic! I don’t feel like I’m being herded around like cattle here. They are respectful and so helpful! I see Dr. Tanner, and she is amazing! Dr. Mason also helped deliver my son, and she was so sweet! Dr. Gong stopped in to check on me after delivery, and made me feel so much more comfortable about bonding and breastfeeding! Leah, Dr. Tanners nurse, is awesome! As are each of the other nurses!! The front desk staff were always very helpful in working around my work schedule; and worked me in quick one morning when I thought I may have been in labor. I can’t say enough positive things about this clinic!

This front office staff lacks professionalism and they are very rude. I selected this clinic based on its proximity to my home and first visited here last summer. I noticed the receptionist wasnt very friendly then but charged it to her having a rough day. This time when I came back, same thing. I ended up speaking with the office manager Lisa who was extremely dismissive and unwilling to verify eligibility with my insurance provider which covers all of my office visits and 80% of any labs and test. Initially she kept sending messages through a lady who seemed to lack the ability to explain their verification process, while I waited the receptionist closed the window in my face. Not abruptly or anything, just unnecessarily. This office definitely needs training in customer service and understanding that doctor’s office are places of business just like every other business owner and how you treat paying CUSTOMERS matters. I won’t be back to this facility, just as I wouldn’t spend my money with any other business that made me feel blatantly unwelcome. I liked Dr. Tanner but interacting with the terrible staff is really not worth it. I’ll be going back to Jackson Healthcare for Women.

We had the best experience prior to pregnancy, through pregnancy, and now during our post partum stage. Dr. Mason was there to offer support and advice the entire pregnancy. She understood my concerns and always took the time to make sure I was ok with how things were progressing and time to address all of my concerns no matter how small they may have been. She was fully supportive of my birth plan and was willing to make it happen as long as everyone was safe. The doctors and staff there are all wonderful and take the time to get to know you! Coming from a large clinic where I felt like just a number that was rushed in and out so they could see the next patient, their family atmosphere was huge for me!

I LOVE this office. I swapped to Dr. Tanner after the birth of my first child, and I am so much happier with her. They are always efficient, no long wait times, and Dr. Tanner always asks how my family is doing and goes above and beyond answering any questions

Made an appointment a month advance. I told them exactly why I needed to see the doctor and they said okay. When I got to the doctor's office, it took them an hour to realize they scheduled me for the wrong thing. Of course, the whole hour they didn't tell me anything, so I was just waiting. I had to reschedule my appointment because I had only taken so much time off of work and I needed to go. Staff is not the best, but the doctors are pretty good.
