In a lot of pain, hurt back. Went to hospital over the weekend. Called first thing to get in monday. Have waited 6 hours and called 3 times. Tkey keep saying no openings and waiting for him to to tell them when I can come in. They do not care about patients.

Doctor Allen and his staff are wonderful people. They are very professional and genuine. Doctor Allen looks you in the eyes with genuine concern and sympathy. He actually listens and then gives feedback. I can talk to him about exactly how I’m feeling. It’s like I’m sitting and talking with a long time friend that 100% has my best interest in mind. I am happy to say that he is by far the best Doctor that I have ever had.... Thank you Doctor Allen and Staff!

Called to make an appt and was told he is no longer accepting new patients. I was asked what insurance I had. I just recently switched to Molina and they won't schedule the appt but when I stated I also had BCBS they changed their tune. He may be a good dr but poor practice to profile patients based upon their insurance.
