Nice workers at the clinics, but there is a huge lack of diversity within the receptionists/clerical workers that they hire. I would like to see different ethnicities sometimes at the front desk when greeted. When I see a lack of diversity in some departments I am disturbed being that I've moved down here from New York. Other than that, the doctors, etc. are fine.

My hubby had to have a kidney stone blown up. We have had this problem several times in the past. And always had to jump through hoops to get anything done. Was sent home from wesley( with nothing done, but made to feel like he was a pill head) and referred to 2 p laces, hattiesburg clinic called us before we made it home. Seen him the next morning and blew his stone up in the same visit . Thank you Dr. Ross in urology . Thank you to the staff for being nice and treating him like he mattered .

The place is clean, and overall the staff is courteous. However their doctors are more focused on the quantity of patients than the quality of patient care. I have seen 4 doctors in 4 different departments. None of them took enough time to listen to my concerns. I had a nephrologist tell me to look up the side effects of the prescription he gave me instead of him explaining them. I had an internal medicine doctor tell me he didn't know why I had a swollen lymph node, and without any tests to find out why, I was told to come back if I get sick. I had a cardiologist run a test on me with a contrast dye that gave me a severe kidney infection. When I went for help there I was told I was fine. I went to a hospital, and I was told differently. I was given 3 weeks of antibiotics to clear it up. When I saw a neurologist for headaches, numbness, and seizures I was told to see a psychiatrist. However, UMMC heavily disagreed with that diagnosis. I will never use Hattiesburg clinic again. There gross negligence has caused me pain and suffering. Every doctor here should have their practice closely reviewed before license renewal.

I parked in the very back parking lot because the lot was full. I’m coming in for a heart monitor today. Due to my medical problems I can’t run to keep from getting wet in the rain. I am very grateful for the golf carts in the parking lot, Thank you so much!!

My doctor is great very thorough Dr. Seale the receptionist are always courteous and informative. The ethnicity of an individual should not be of rate to your service, however if you are prejudice maybe you should pick a doctor that has his own office. Then see if the ethnic is of your liking.

Horrible service took forever to get seen but everyone is just chilling at the front desk. They have a huge lack of understanding. I was in a car wreck and wasn't seen for hours. Wont be back
