This was my 1st visit to the new building....East Lake. Its easy to find although it needs more handicapped parking spaces. Inside, the building is spacious, clean and the directions are easy to follow. The waiting room at Bienville Orthopedic was very large, open and was packed with people. I thought to myself well I'll be here for hours. I signed in and took a seat. Within 5-7 I was called to the desk and asked for my ID and Insurance card. The young lady checked me in and she handed me some paperwork to complete. I only managed to get my name written down before I was called to the back. I had been in my room only minutes when I was taken to get X- Rays. Back in my room I completed the paperwork and waited on the doctor. Maybe 10 minutes had passed when Dr. Noblin came in and we discussed my issues. As always Dr. Noblin took time to really listen to me, he was not in a rush and when I left I had no unanswered questions. After checking out I noticed that's packed waiting room only had a few people left. My entire visit only lasted maybe 35 - 40 minutes. When I left I was completely satisfied with my visit from start to finish. Very professional and courteous staff. I will recommend Bienville Orthopaedic Specialist to everyone.

Very nice personel staff, they made sure all your questions were answered regarding insurance and payment. Dr.Noblin had a very nice bedside manner. He took x-rays first and reviewed them. I was nervous about my shoulder injury from a fall but he was very gentle when he examine my shoulder and help me trust him with my care. Since my x-rays didn't show anything broken and based on his examine he felt bursitis had set up in my shoulder from the injury so a cortisone shot was administered to help with the pain and bursitis. If my pain doesn't return in 4 weeks then everything should be fine, if not then I was instructed to call the office and the doctor would order an MRI. I appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and made sure I understood his instructions . Very satisfied with my care thus far. I ended up having rotater cuff surgery but he did an excellent job. I'm recovering now and start physical therapy Monday. I felt like I was in great hands with Dr. Noblin, don't hesitate to use him he's the best.

Nearly everyone at Bienville is great. Dr. Noblin is not to me anyway, much of a people person. He's kindly arrogant and often dismisses your ailments/complaints. Having said that; now I will tell you why he's my Doctor. Ask almost any clinic, or hospital or friends in medicine, many say he's the best in his field. That's seems to be true in quite a few people. So rate 4 but only because his bedside manner sucks.

I went to Dr. Noblin because I had been to him several times before for other injuries. I am not a fan of surgery and one of the things I liked about Dr. Noblin was that he tries to explore other ways to fix things besides jumping straight to surgery. I have visited several doctors over the years who jump straight to surgery as the solution to everything. If I can do physical therapy or some other treatment besides surgery I will take that every time. I knew that if Dr. Noblin told me that I needed to have surgery then I really needed to have surgery.
