It really doesn't get any better than Tweet. From the receptionists, to the hygienists, and Dr. Tori- every single time we visit, it is a positive experience. I chose them based on a recommendation from a friend and have now recommended it to three other friends who also love Tweet. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the staff is patient and gentle. Our daughter had an unexpected cavity while getting her cleaning and rather than having to make a separate appointment where my daughter's anxiety would increase, we were able to get it filled right there during the same appointment and be done with it. I wish they had a Tweet for adults!

LOVE Tweet and Dr. Tori! My daughter has had several negative experiences with doctors, including open heart surgery as a toddler. I was scared to bring her to the dentist for the first time and I was worried how she would react. We left her appt without a SINGLE tear. We knew right then that Dr. Tori was our dentist! My 3-year-old was terrified of the dentist when we first took her (somewhere else). She barely got back to the chair before she broke down and was inconsolable. That was as far as we got during that visit. When we went to Tweet, both my 3 and 1 year old were able to be seen at the same time. They both were at ease almost immediately which is pretty much a miracle since my 1 year old really doesn't like people touching her. The staff were all wonderful with the girls and made them feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Tweet!

Kelsey was a great hygienist; she had great bedside manor. The Dentist was friendly and explained herself thoroughly. We are lucky to have your practice so close for our kids. The office is very clean and set up nicely for families that need to bring multiple children along; there are couches/comfy chairs in the back for use during a child's cleaning. After each visit your child will receive a "coin" to use in their prize machine. My kiddo asked to go back the next day....it definitely wasn't like that when I was a kid! I dreaded the dentist...thanks to Dr. Tori and her staff, my kids ask to go back!

We arrive about 15 minutes early to our appointment as I was hoping to get done in time to get my son to school before it started. I mentioned this to the receptionist when we got there. We were taken back a few minutes before our appointment was supposed to start and Dr. Tori acknowledged that we were trying to get done quick. She checked him out first and he got his teeth cleaned and we were on our way in plenty of time. Everyone at the office is extremely friendly. Would recommend Tweet to everyone.

I can honestly say that Tweet does a phenomenal job! My daughter had a traumatic experience at a different office so visits to the dentist are very difficult for her. Called to schedule an appointment for my 17 month old as recommend by the American Dental Association (ADA), American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), my pediatrician, and all the pediatric handouts I've received during and after my pregnancy from multiple sources. Person I talked to was shocked about this and told me they don't recommend first visit until 3 YEARS old. Makes me question the legitimacy when a so called pediatric dentistry clinic doesn't know or basically ignores the recommendations of Board Certified Dentists.

Terrible. We brought our kids here to have a checkup as covered by insurance. They did a "Comprehensive" checkup without any notification to us. This happened to be the second comprehensive checkup of the year for our kids (which they knew). Our insurance policy covers two checkups per year but only one "Comprehensive" checkup per person per year. So we were stuck with a bill for $75 per kid because they "didn't know that our insurance company wouldn't cover another comprehensive exam". They left me out to dry to fight it with my insurance company. When I threatened to cancel all my future appointments, they agreed as long as I paid the bill. Clearly they do not value their customers. We will never go back.

Love this place. Dr. Tori is amazing with toddlers and babies! We have been in for checkups and procedures. Dr. Tori is very knowledgeable and great with kids - as is her entire staff. Dental health is so much more important than previous generations of patients (and dentists) thought. Dr. Tori and her staff are a very big part of the success of dental health for our little ones. My kids are free from cavities, solved eating/gaging issues, and a strong desire to go back and get their teeth "tickled". Making good oral health habits easy.

I am a General Dentist who refers some of my smallest patients to Dr.Tori and I have always heard about the great experiences my families have there. So, when my 4 1/2 year old daughter fractured the root of her front tooth and had to have it extracted I knew just where to go. I was thinking she would need to be completely sedated, but once we got there Dr. Tori put my daughter at such ease she was able to extract the tooth with only nitrous and novacaine. We were in and out in under a half and hour and my daughter was all smiles...which is amazing after this type of dental procedure! Thank you for your amazing and compassionate work!

When my newborn son was in the hospital last year, we found out on Saturday he had a severe tongue and lip tie, which was causing him to smack his lips while feeding and take in air, leading to a lot of painful gas. We were told we'd need to visit a pediatric dentist to get it fixed. The first night home was a wreck and we were tired and emotional. Tweet Pediatric Dentistry got us in right away Monday morning, made us feel comfortable, gave us a break in a separate room and took care of my son's procedure fantastically. It was so amazing to feel comforted in that moment when we were feeling so down about ourselves as parents. It was a no-brainer to continue his dental care with Dr. Conrad, and he's had two visits since that have gone great (he's an early teether). I wouldn't take my son anywhere else and I can't recommend this practice enough!

Highly recommended. Our two kids have seen Dr. Conrad for 4 years and we have been overwhelmingly pleased with her treatment and compassion, especially after having a bad experience with our first pediatric dentist. With the newly-constructed larger office, and the addition of a second dentist to the practice, I was concerned that the personal feel of Tweet would change. It hasn't. When the general dentist I see took on a new partner, I was shuttled to that new person without any notice, which I did not like. At Tweet, we were still on Dr. Conrad's schedule, but Dr. Sotillo came to introduce himself and chat for a few minutes. I appreciated that personal touch, and would welcome the kids being seen by him in the future. My 8 year old had a cavity identified today, and Dr. Conrad explained the treatment options, offered to fill it immediately, encouraged my son during the procedure, and comforted him while he was tearing-up from nerves following it. I can't say enough good things about her.

I took my twin 3-year-old boys to Tweet today for their first dentist appointment, and it was amazing. They were seen by hygenists at the same time and right next to each other in the open room, so I could watch both of their exams at once. From the cool sunglasses they got to wear to the TVs in the ceiling to the "ice cream-flavored" tooth polish, it was a great experience for them. Dr. Tori's exams were efficient and thorough, and the recommended treatment for one of my boys was explained very well by both Dr. Tori and her staff. I was not pressured to schedule the treatment but given all of the information I needed to consider the options and make a decision. I highly recommend Tweet.

Very kid friendly clinic, but if she says your kids had cavities, get a second opinion! She told me my 3 year old needed $4,000 worth of caps. We would have to go to a hospital for it and he'd be put under anesthesia. We immediately got a second opinion and were told by a reliable dentist that my son had absolutely no cavities!

My three-year-old had a few cavities that needed filling. We brought her to another local dentist, who recommended all kinds of sedation options. We were really reluctant to put her under general anesthesia, so we brought her to Tweet to explore other approaches. They scheduled a one-hour consultation and in that time, they filled all of her cavities without general anesthesia, without conscious sedation, and without nitrous oxide. Dr. Conrad was AMAZING. She was efficient and put both me and my daughter at complete ease! I cannot rave enough about this place!!

The 1st time we went (4 years ago with a 2-year old), she sang a song about waterparks the entire time of the exam and I knew we would never go anywhere else! My temperamental 2 year old loved it! My 3-year old needed coaxing and the dentist-specific toys calmed him enough to get a cleaning and exam. (Well done, Abby!) We have had only great experiences with Dr. Conrad and the Tweet staff. They are SO good with kids. The office is set up perfectly for kids with televisions on the ceilings so children can be distracted during cleaning. My kids felt special and cared for, and most importantly could not wait to go back to get their teeth clean. The thing that I loved most was that when we took our 18 month old son to have his lip and tongue ties release, Dr. Conrad made us feel comfortable with the procedure and was so loving and careful with my son. When the procedure was finished, she gave us her cell number and told us to call with any concerns. I highly recommend Tweet for children of all ages!

Very nice office and the staff was friendly. I felt the work on my son was performed so quickly and poorly like we were being rushed out of the chair and office. I had called prior to the visit to confirm costs and they were not communicated clearly, I was quite surprised with the bill when the work was completed. My son needed follow up work and Tweet Dentistry financial practices are quite inflexible, one example is them requiring 100% payment multiple weeks prior to work being performed. This is unacceptable. My general impression is Tweet Pediatric Dentistry is more focused on the business end of Dentistry verse focusing on the Patient and family. We moved to a new dentist and we are very happy. Even though I paid for services at Tweet, I had them all redone at our new dentist for I did not feel comfortable with the work done at Tweet. I feel really bad about this experience

Have been at Tweet for Two years, The environment was great and I thought it would be a good fit for my children. We had a sedation procedure done on my 3 year old and it went Ok. We came home and the sedation effects were terrible. Now in for more cavities and refused sedation this time and Dr.Tori was not happy with that decision. Once that decision was made by us she lost all compassion, patience and was trying to rush my daughter through the procedure without even talking to her. She didn't give more than 3 minutes on Nitrous for our daughter to relax and jumped in, our daughter had some tears and Dr. Tori made it worse by talking about how Joise will have to be hospitalized if she cant finish with the procedure, all that was done was nitrous and a little numbing jelly. Josie wiggles her legs a little and Dr. Tori threw her gloves off and said she is refusing to proceed. She yelled at me in front of my daughter and was very rude. She said it would be too traumatizing to proceed. We feel the last sedation was traumatizing already and yelling at her mother would be also. Tweet is more for the business than it is for the patients and families! We have contacted other pediatric dentists and that only use sedation if they HAVE to!

My kids love going to the dentist at Tweet and very highly recommend it to everyone we know. Everyone we have encountered has been very kind and responsive to the emotions displayed with first dentist visits and experiences. Nothing is ever pushed so that it is not something the kids will correlate the dentist with anything negative. An abnormality on an X-ray was explained in an easy to understand and reassuring way. Love TWEET dental! We have been going there for about two years now. So far my children who are old enough to visit the dentist include my oldest son (special needs) who's 5, another son almost 4, & daughter who's 2. We will continue to bring all our future children here. Today was my 2 year old daughters first time and she was very nervous. The assistant was wonderful as well as Dr Conrad. They were able to get everything done they needed to and no tears were involved:) I was glad they listened to my concerns about her being nervous. And they have lots of patience with my oldest son also which is always appreciated. My kids love the waiting area to. Train table & ipads keep them occupied and it's the bribery I use. (You get 10 mins of play time if you sit in the dentist chair). I rave to everyone about TWEET! :)

What a great experience! My son's first trip to the dentist was successful and stress free. Inviting waiting room, incredibly kind staff. Everyone was so good to him and showed him exactly what he could expect so that there were no suprises. I loved that he could do an exam on a stuffed dog with the exact same tools that the dentist and hygienist would use on him. Tv's on the ceiling above exam table were the icing on the cake! We LOVE Tweet. Jacquie, our kids' hygienists is always fantastic. Our children just jump up on the chair, and let her work on them. Our 6 yo daughter just had her second round of cavities filled. The first time she did sedation. The procedure was very well explained and calmed my mama nerves! She was upset after because of the numbness, but how do you explain that to a little kid? Recently she had two cavities filled w/o sedation and tolerated the procedure SO well. Amanda took the time to explain all of the instruments and Dr. Conrad was very efficient and sweet to our little girl. Again, she was upset afterwards because of the numbness, but as soon as that wore off, we had our happy girl back. So happy to have a great pediatric option for dentistry.

They get to play video games in the waiting room and watch a children's show on the ceiling during cleanings - they barely even notice the procedure! I took both of my girls to tweet for the first time today, and I would highly recommend them... I have one daughter who is highly sensitive - especially at the dentist.... To the point that in the past, we've not even been able to have them polish her teeth because she was in hysterics. Not the case at tweet - they were calm, kind, patient, and walked her through everything. They are also well setup for all types of kids - my sensitive one, and my "non-sensitive" one.
