Dr Larson is absolutely incredible. I have felt so comfortable in her care and you can tell how much she loves her job. I have seen several other providers there for urgent situations, and they are all wonderful. I would be comfortable with any doctor at OBGYN West!

Dr. Heeggard is the best OBGYN specialist. He listen to you like no other doctor. If you have endo pain, or pain in your body and no other OBGYN understands why or tells you is normal. Pain is never normal. please come and see him. He definitely cares for his patients and gives you the right treatment for the right diagnosis. "He is just like a nook doctor." Book your appointment to see it for yourself, get the help you need. Get your life back and enjoy life again. Now after my surgery husband and I trying to get pregnant for the 2nd baby, hope it happens soon.

My first (and last) appointment at OBGYN West in Minnetonka was not personal in any way. I saw Dr. Kellie Stecher and almost immediately knew I would not be going back. It felt rushed, and my appointment felt like it was inconveniencing her. The welcome desk staff weren't overly friendly and the entire environment felt cold. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a warm, inviting and personal experience.

Im so glad that my Dr. Sent me to see Dr. English , I liked everything about my experence with Dr. English . His office was very clean , staff ... excellent . No havig to wait to get in on time for appt. Dr. English made me feel very comfortable from the moment I meet him , hes funny .. very personnable , and someone I knew I would feel comfortable doing my surgery... Really a good experence and great surgeon... I have already refered my friend to him if she has to have female surgery. Thank You , Dr. English and staff for making my surgery not as scarey as I was thinking it would be .

Dr. English is the best!! He's so funny and laid back. He made it so easy to ask questions and not feel like it's a stupid question. He'll joke right back with you and when it's time to get serious he's so focused. I hemmoraged and he was quick and efficient with stitching me up and resolving the issue. He made my first pregnancy the best, I felt very nervous with him not on call when I went into labor and he came in to deliver my baby on his day off! I trust him with my life and feel very comfortable with him. Thank you Dr. English!!

I've been going to OBGYN West for over 7 years. Dr. Johnson has delivered two of my children, while Dr. Teigen delivered my third. I feel as though I'm in the best of care- especially during the delicate times of pregnancy. I would highly recommend them! The nurses and other doctors are fabulous as well! They are the best of the best!

Dr English came recommended by a good friend. I’ve not had a male OB before but he was great. Good bedside manner, keeps things positive but is serious when it matters. Bottom line I’d recommend him to anyone.

My past Dr of over 20 years ended up retiring way too early so needing to look for a new Dr I tried a few out and its so hard to find someone who is competent and caring and makes things as easy as can be under the circumstances... Well.. I am so blessed to have found Dr Teigan.! I've had several appts and procedures with him and have felt listened to, my concerns well acknowledged and cared for and understood. He is one of the most patient and calm Dr's I've worked with. Very gentle in his care! I have also heard from my internal med dr and a friend he is also highly competent as well as my own experience. I feel he has 100% my best interest and at heart in giving advice and helping me in my decisions and care. Thank you Dr Teigan!

Dr. Larsen has been my doc for a few years now. She has taken excellent care of me, and helped me into the transition to parenthood with humor and a little parenting herself! I have felt cared about and that has made all the difference, although the online billing, check in, etc. definitely makes visiting a much easier experience. Would highly recommend this practice!

I followed Dr Kellie Stecher from one practice to another because she, of all the OBGYN I've met, is very attentive, patient with all my questions, empathetic of the emotional aspect of visiting a clinic like an OBGYN. While I understand the demanding nature of her job, she executes with such grace, and warmth in just the first few seconds of meeting her. She makes a point to know her patients and making the visit feel more personable than just another impersonal check-up .I most definitely will recommend Dr. Kellie Stecher to any women.

Dr. English has been my OB doctor for 12 years and if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. He delivered both my kids (one of whom with complications) and his bedside manners and humanity are incredible. A few years ago, when he was still in St. Paul, I was travelling a long distance to go to his cabinet but it never crossed my mind to find a dr. closer to me. When he started at Metro OBGYN, it became a lot more convenient to me but I would go any distance to see this doctor and I will be his patient until he retires!

My experiences have been very mixed. The RN and nurses I've dealt with have been seriously awesome. The facilities are really nice. The doctor I saw was nice but I don't feel like I got the best service even though I'm sure he's a capable doctor. Most recently the front desk was an obstacle to my care by not allowing me to make an appointment without speaking to a nurse first and then instead of speaking to a nurse I was passed off to voicemail. I ended up hanging up bc I felt like they just didn't seem to want my business let alone to help me get the care I need.

They do not care about you as a person, only care about getting money! I tried to set up a payment plan in order to be seen and they said no. I explained I am in excruciating pain and it didnt matter! All over $400! Just absurd!

Our time is never rushed or cut short. Even in very difficult times through our journey to get pregnant, he would check in with us. Plus, he makes you laugh when you need it and will be serious when you need the facts too. This place came recommended after I was receiving care somewhere else, and now I know why.

Dr. Larson is one of the best doctors I have seen. She's got a great personality, and bedside manner. She is kind and listens to concerns I may have. She's open to working with outside providers to coordinate care. Her nurses are great at following up on phone calls. Doctor after doctor would not listen to my pain after having a hysterectomy for endometriosis. A dear friend recommended I see Dr Heegaard, and it was the best thing to happen to me. He has helped me in ways I didn't think possible after being dismissed by so many other doctors. I highly recommend this place as not only are the doctors wonderful but the office staff and front desk staff are also super wonderful and friendly.

I was there for annual physical but they changed the purpose of my visit from physical to something else when I asked my specific question. They should have asked me to leave (or informed me) when they realized, the conversation is going off track. When I called, they were rude and tried to pick a fight. The doctor and the higher admin person never returned my call. Also, they recommended a whole lot of further tests which are not needed according to my other doctor who is a specialist. Thank God I did not go through those unnecessary tests worth $2000 or more. Always take a second opinion before spending thousands of dollars on worthless treatments recommended by OBGYN West.

I started going to OBGYN West after struggling for a year to get pregnant. I loved that I didnt have to find a separate "specialist" to help figure out why we were having trouble. Dr. English is fantastic. He approaches things from a logical stand-point and will tell you how things are. He will test things if they aren't working - changing only one variable at a time, allowing us to figure out what works/doesn't. We are now pregnant with our second child, without the struggles, but continue to see Dr. English!
