I contacted North Metro Dermatology for an evaluation of spider vessels on my face. Natalie was very friendly and knowledgeable. She presented the options and conducted the laser and pulsed light procedure at a second visit. The procedure was not painful and I was left with minor swelling and a few brown post op veins that cleared completely. From start to finish this was a first class operation. Also, the procedure was not covered by insurance ( as I knew) and was not expensive.

After having no success at two other Twin Cities dermatology clinics, I chose North Metro Dermatology. While my situation is unique and complex (perhaps an anomaly) they've been the best. Dr. Rahil has been the only doctor to properly biopsy my skin and diagnose my condition: Perforating Folliculitis. I tried a few prescribed medicines but we're not too sure if it's gone for good. I learned PF can come from having been exposed to various conditions including Hepatitis C, which I had contracted at a young age and recently treated. I've been trying the natural approach to my skin care as well. What I truly appreciated about Dr. Rahil and her team is the compassion they displayed towards me. At other competing clinics and in general, I've often been dismissed or blamed for my condition. Dr. Rahil truly cared. So much so that when it came time to take a skin sample to send to the lab, she and her colleague did not hesitate. In addition, the staff receptionists are also very pleasant. Overall, I like how North Metro Dermatology doesn't feel so corporate, like you're a number. The only number I felt like leaving there was one. Thank you.

I went to NMD after seeing a primary physician didn't work. Dr. Rahil was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the right treatment for me. She was even able to suggest alternatives when one of her recommendations didn't work for me. She was very kind and compassionate and I would highly recommend her and her team. The only thing I wish they did was provide an after visit summary for treatment and follow up (I had to call a few times for clarification), but that was more due to my forgetfulness and not their explanation.

I started seeing Dr. Rahil over 10 years ago and then followed her to North Metro Derm. I still see her annually and wouldn't trust my care with anyone else. I never have issues getting an appointment and the location is very convenient. I have also had several appointments with Natalie, their esthetician, cannot say enough good things. I recommend everyone I know!

Dr. Rahil has been seeing my wife for the last year or so. She has been really pleased with the treatments she has received and reports that Dr. Rahil has a very comforting and pleasant demeanor that makes her feel very comfortable. It's also been much easier for her to schedule an appt. then with previous dermatologists, which is much appreciated. I have met the North Metro Dermatology team as well and they high a high degree of care and compassion for what they do!
