It's been over 10 weeks since I had an MRI and requested surgeons recommendations on lower back surgery, and still can't get an answer. I have called and stopped in and all i get is "we'll check and get back to you". I'm in worse shape now then when I first went in, so it would be nice to know before my back physically breaks.

I have been a patient of this clinic for the last 10 years but I am officially kicked out of there and told to go somewhere else for treatment. I ran late for my appointment, I met with the nurse and she rescheduled me to come back and see the Doctor the next day at 10:30 am. I asked and pleaded if there was a chance that I could be seen but she said there is no way. I took my new appointment card and headed out the door. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to seeing my doctor. As I was pulling out of their parking lot, I received a call from Sheri Froysa the clinic manager, I was almost turning back into my parking space on the of chance that she might be able to squeeze me in, when it turned out she was calling me to emphasize that I have to ignore the appointment I got for the next day and I she told me that I am no longer welcome in that clinic. I was very hurt at the way she kicked me out.

I had a 7:30am appt and was 7 mins late due to an accident on the highway. The receptionist said I couldn’t be seen and had to go around the corner to be rebooked. The secretary then shared that they had a policy that I couldn’t be seen by Dr Zubkov again for missing an appointment. This is after waiting 4 months for my test results. Hope you never run late for anything here.

I went to see LaVaun for physical therapy and I had never had a doctor take such an interest or ask so many questions before! I really felt cared for and told my family it was the best doctors visit experience I’ve ever had.

Holly made the experience of getting an MRI enjoyable. Is that even a thing?! Super friendly and knowledgable. She gave great customer service when it's most times overlooked. I would rate this clinic, two thumbs up!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic and Dr. Kelly Williams. They were able to work me into the schedule to address an acute problem, complete with imaging and treatment. I could not have been better cared for.
